Service is terrible this is the second time I've went in the morning time through the drive-thru and they asked me to place my order inside if I wanted to go inside I would walk inside there's a drive-thru for a reason I thought but apparently this Taco Bell doesn't like to use their drive-thru in the morning probably because it's just a bunch of little kids like it always is at all these fast food places they have no good work ethic

Absolute worst run Taco Bell in the area. Three employees hanging out and doing nothing, only one car in the drive thru yet 30 minute wait for my order.

Food obviously sat for a long time before getting it. The drive through was “closed” for 10 whole minutes while I waited for my food. And when I got my food it wasn’t even warm it was cold and the cheese on the nachos was hardened.
This location is anything but a joke order thru the app so I don’t have to wait as long get there let them know I am there to pick up a mobile get advice is been work on 10 min go by nothing two customers that order there at the restaurant get there food before me ask were my food is they tell they can’t find it how is that when I was told it was been work on another 10-15 go 2 more customers that order at the restaurant get there food at this moment I am already frustrated tell an employee were my food is her respond is they working on it I tell her can you check on it and expedited it her respond was no one here gets specially treatment mind four customer that came way before me already got there food was never asking for special treatment just to get my food in a timely matter the manager there is a clown always screaming at the employees and just standing around like a lazy sloth GM needs to do something about this situation unbelievable and no one has name tags so that way you can held them responsible for their actions ones again this location is a complete joke there is 1-2 employees that are more so friendly I believe one of them name is Giselle but sadly the rest of the employees and majority give everyone a bad name
Why do you fast restaurants feel the need to disconnect your phones? Do you not to receive criticism on work you guys do some is bad but most could be good
