The employees went out of their way to make the order how I wanted when I could not create the combination on the app.
Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru line for nobody to help. Ended up leaving and staff was sitting down eating instead of helping customers. This was 930 am
Ordered a simple chips and nacho supreme dip. My chips taste burnt but look normal. My assumption the grease is not being changed out. Ruined my appetite for a little snack. It also took a long time to receive my food.
