“My son and I came in for lunch and we were greeted, politely asked how were doing. The atmosphere was wonderful, nice staff, our food was delicious, fresh and delicious. Chris (who took our order) asked how our food was, he was so polite, professional and very nice. Definitely a 5 Star thanks for Chris“
“I don't usually go to Carl's Jr. but was hungry while running errands and went through the drive thru. The customer service person was amazing. My receipt says the name is Miriam C. There was a little bit of a wait (not long at all) because they were busy. She apologized three times. When she handed me my food, she included a small cup (pup-cup) of whipped cream for my "bad" barking dogs. It was unexpected and really made my day! The food was good too. I will be going back.“
“On Silverado Blvd. in Reno, Carl's offers amazing burgers and a Santa Fe chicken sandwich that's unbeatable AND they put in on sourdough bread for us. We travel all the way from Reno's North Valleys to pick up their food. Really, really wish they would put one out here as our population has skyrocketed! Carl's prices are fair and a great value for what they offer! 👍💯😋“
“My family and I went in for lunch on Friday 5/15/26 at around 1:45 pm. Thankfully, we had no trouble finding a parking spot or a booth to sit at.
Between the five of us, we had quite a large order valued at around $60. To my surprise, our order came out super fast! Everything came out in about five minutes and was hot and fresh. There was a minor issue with accuracy, but was fixed immediately. (We ordered a lot of items, so it was somewhat expected.)
We want to thank the team scheduled today for making a great experience. Plus, I want to give a special shout-out to Tim for going above and beyond to make our experience even better. Tim has a great attitude, was attentive, and seemed like he genuinely wanted us to have a great experience. He asked if we needed anything, how everything was, and even saw him cleaning during down time.
A big thank you goes to Tim and the rest of the team for a great lunch! We'll be back!“
“Well, the food was so good, I forgot to take a pic til I was almost done.
Clean inside and out, and as always, way better than any other fast burger joint I'd normally visit.
Cashier was friendly and willing to explain the difference between some similar items.
Price was a bit higher than I expected, but the rest makes that easier to believe.
Definitely come here and buy food, and dine in. So yum.“
