This was our second time here. Both meals were excellent and service was attentive. Enjoyed the kung pao beef and different sushi plates. Overall had a nice meal before the concert.
The food, service and ambiance were were quite good, however, when the place fills up be prepared for the noise level to go way up (as in, can't hear the person next to you, too well). When it gets busy on a weekend night, as it did when we were there, the kitchen backs up. We waited a crazy amount of time for a rice dish but, it worked out fine as we had eaten most of our meal and got to the concert we were there to see on time which the server helped make happen by talking to...read full review
As always we enjoyed our dining experience at Rim. The food was wonderful and service was excellent. We were so served so fast that we had plenty of time to relax before attending our evening concert. It was also refreshing to witness the restaurant manager busily helping the staff. It shows such great work ethic and it certainly encourages the staff to provide wonderful customer service. Thank you Rim Team for such a fantastic experience!
