“Just passing through had to stop here at night we made it in. the nick of time thay close at 700pm sooo we made with in 30 minutes as soon as u pull up you can smell the decioules bbq the roam going through your car it smell sooo good Weave been here before a couple years ago I'm telling you man if you want good bbq and your here in Reno stop in you won't be disappointed in the food it's great good serves and homemade desert from some of the locals in this town the potato salad was spot on I could hardly taste the eggs I don't like eggs lol 😀 MY husband had the beans awsom Thank u again for azaming meal hope to see u soon through my travels“

“This place is a great value for the buck. Burgers are HUGE and are substance and flavor too! The Tri Tip sandwich is huge and the best bbq style around here. Service was inviting and helpful and the atmosphere is open to the outdoors in front. Very relaxing. To give an example of the value... we are both very large guys and a fill up at a normal fast food place for us is about $20 a person. We did about the same here and got MORE and LOVED it! Plus, you can buy meat and fries BY THE POUND and save big time! We loved the fact that we could sit outside and wait with the dog since he comes with us everywhere on our days off. The wood smoke taste is killer and the sauces do not all taste the same! Great place.“

“We hired Men Wielding Fire to cater our wedding, and we couldn’t be happier with the work they did!! Everyone we interacted with on their staff was professional, kind, helpful, and they served the most delicious food. Our guests loved it! The tri tip in particular was a massive hit. I was so anxious about the food, because there can definitely be wedding food horror stories, but this couldn’t have been a better experience from start to finish. They handled cocktail hour apps, dinner, and even bartending services.

“Went today with my family for the first time and it was a great experience! The owner and staff are so sweet and made us feel like family. The food is delicious, portions are big. We got a Musubi, the bbq beef, kalua pork and chicken katsu. We also had the carnitas and chicken quesadillas that were loaded with meat and cheese. The salsas were the perfect amount of spice and super flavorful. We will definitely be back!“
