I enjoy Hawaiian BBQ. This chain is predictable. The amount of food for the cost is good and the small plate is stillenough for left overs. The NW location usually smellslike chemicals. Specifically dirty mop water. If this wasn't the case, we'd go more often.
Good place. Good, flavorful, plentiful portions of Hawaiian or Hawaiian inspired food. I definitely have enjoyed their Chicken Katsu in the past and just tried the BBQ mixed plate last which had plenty of meat and good flavor. What I can't understand and the reason I'm only giving 3 out of 5 stars is- "who in their right mind enjoys WARM or HOT macaroni salad ?" Atmosphere was enhanced by the snail fish tank at the register and that's about it for atmosphere.Karrage Chicken tasted overcooked/ burnt. Macaroni salad was bland. Rice was good. Spam masubi was cool .. that's awesome, But the chicken was not it.One can only hope my experience will change if I visit in the future.
