They steal from people. They forget to add meals to orders. Then they say they will put your name in a book and you cam redeem a free meal next time. You order then, coincidentally, your name isn't on that book for the meal you already paid for.

Came in from out of town, as soon as we walked in the girl at the counter rolled her eyes and gave us a nasty look. I asked if they were still open, 20 minutes before closing time, and she replied yeah but we’re cleaning up. Her body language definitely told us a different story, she was rude, not welcoming and definitely did not want our business.

Ordered Moco Loco. The burgers were like two frisbees, overcooked and cold with 3Tablespoons of gravy for the full sized dinner. The worst part, the two “over easy”eggs were literally over hard and pure rubber. They went into the trash, right off the bat. Both orders were the same and DISGUSTING!! What happened to this place??

Absolutely repulsive, I took a few bites and couldn't finish it after I spent $20 plus tip. The meat was tough and overcooked, but the worst part is that it all tasted like sea food. Very disappointing.

Terrible food, only time I’ve genuinely felt uneasy about eating some take out food due to a questionable smell and taste. Unsurprisingly the Northwest LL Hawaiian failed its restaurant inspection back in October. . Everything had an odd smell and taste to it and I’m glad we just threw it away. $60 we could’ve better spent at McDonald’s.

Atmosphere was enhanced by the snail fish tank at the register and that's about it for atmosphere.Karrage Chicken tasted overcooked/ burnt. Macaroni salad was bland. Rice was good. Spam masubi was cool .. that's awesome, But the chicken was not it.One can only hope my experience will change if I visit in the future.

Great counter service but food was barely edible. Rice dry and old, Mac salad watery and tasteless and the meat was over-cooked and leathery smothered in sugary BBQ sauce. Just terrible.
