I am one of the chairmen of the Virginia City Hillclimb, a car time trial event that happens every September about 15 miles from Carson City. All of us look forward to getting Carson City BBQ for dinner.

Their pork ribs are so good and well seasoned that you'd be missing out trying them at first without sauce, but try both because their sauces are excellent as well. The smoked chicken is also great, and their sides are all traditional BBQ. Owner Phil is great to work with and his spreads are always top notch. Highly recommended!“
