Whispering Vine is unique, charming, and has a wonderful ambiance! Dining out should be an experience, not just eating good food. And the food is very good. The selection of wine is astonishing, and at very good prices! Experiment? Go to an old favorite? Everything is here! If the weather is nice, they have a lovely patio to dine on.

“I don't really venture out much anymore but had decided while being in Reno to try this establishment because of the reviews. Let me just say they were not wrong. The wine choices were excellent and the food was just as good especially the crab cakes! Everything was reasonably priced and the atmosphere was very laid back. I met Amanda and Chef David as well as others there who very much welcoming. I'll end by saying if you're looking for a place to go and you're a long way from home, like I was from Ohio, don't hesitate to go here. You'll be glad you did and you'll probably end up going back!“

“Walked in after bad experience at other venue. Place is small and not as packed as the other one so I originally walked passed by.. my mistake and glad I came back. Was able to enjoy a Tito’s Lemonade and Avocado/ Beet Salad Best ever. Did not take pictures but if you are looking for a nice location and energy place to eat then this is the spot. Scott thank you for shifting my energy from bad experience at previous restaurant - review to come through and stay away from.“

“Went for dinner with friends while staying in Reno. Highly recommend. We were greeted immediately upon entering and made to feel at home. The staff was attentive throughout the night and knowledgeable and helpful in making recommendations. The cocktail menu was interesting without being over the top and the cocktails were good! There were several creative choices for small plates and you could just make it a small plates and cocktails night if you wanted. The entree menu is limited, but they also offer specials and the smaller menu means they can focus on quality. Definitely worth a visit!“
