“From past experience as a bar back, bar tender, and bar manager, I could tell that there was something “off” with both of the Hosts Wine Bartenders here tonight. I asked if it was the day, September 11th and the Lead Wine Server mentioned that he had once run a 500-person bar. Fair enough and, honestly, my complete fault for asking. They Both looked tired, but were Attentive & Prompt. Solid, The Both of Them. I’ve been around the World, but call Reno “Home”. And, now, This Wine Bar as well. Well Done. You had a “nosy ninny” for a customer and Both of You handled it well. Next time, after asking for a German Riesling but settling for a House White Wine, I’ll be sure to tell you I was the “ninny” that ordered in German. Sorry, I’m a bit scampered when I travel and sometimes switch to German, Castilian Spanish, Portuguese, or Korean. Not to show I’ve traveled, but simply because I am an Old Veteran that sometimes confuses 1987 Federal Republic of Germany with 1997 Korea with 2005 Moron AB, Spain with 2018 Saudi Arabia and then currently where I am. You Both are “Old Souls” - way Older than you look. I appreciate your kindness and will tell everyone that I know from Fallon NAS, the Nevada Air National Guard, and the Army National Guard to come say hi to the both of you every Friday when they travel. “This is such a cool place, the food was delicious and the staff was phenomenal! I ordered the crab stuffed roll and fries, and let me just say WOW!! Everything was perfect!!! I would recommend making a reservation for bigger party's on a weekend night.“

“I previously visited this restaurant at their old location with my daughter and had an amazing experience — the food, service, and atmosphere were all fantastic. Because of that, I was excited to try their new, larger location for happy hour with a friend. Unfortunately, the service was really disappointing this time. When we arrived, we both stood at the entrance for several minutes while multiple staff members looked at us but didn’t acknowledge us or explain whether we should seat ourselves or wait to be seated. Eventually someone directed us to a table. We ordered wine and everything seemed fine at first, but our server quickly became unavailable and never checked back in. When our food was delivered by another employee, it was dropped off without utensils or napkins. Happy hour ended at 5:00, and instead of checking on us before then, our server returned afterwards and told us happy hour was over and brought new menus. After finishing our food, we sat with empty glasses and dirty plates while multiple staff walked by without clearing the table or checking on us. After about 10 minutes of waiting with no service, we ended up walking to the bar to pay our bill because no one ever brought it to the table. This was frustrating, especially for a restaurant that presents itself as a higher-end dining experience. I know they’re capable of better based on my previous visit, so hopefully the service improves.“

“They have a nice wine selection to go with a full bar and the prices are pretty reasonable. There's a nice selection of bites to go along with your drinks. The staff is really friendly and makes every effort to take care of all their customers no matter how busy it gets. I usually go there to listen to the music. They have a website you can check out to see who's playing. I would definitely check this place out if you've never been here. It's worth a look“

“This IS the best night life place in Reno. Amazing bar, the best people and phenomenal music. We went Thursday and they had live jazz music. It was great! “Was at the Atlantis for a conference and heard good things about the bistro. Our table was feeling adventurous and we asked our server Bryan to surprise us for our meal. Bryan and the staff were great sports, selecting a wonderful mix of cocktails, appetizers, and entrees, all specially prepared to allow everyone to share family style. I would tell you my favorite but I can't actually choose. Add to that, it was very reasonably priced considering the quality and experience. 10/10, will definitely be going back next time I am in town.“
