“Just moved to Reno and this one is the closest to my placeThe young black man was very polite . I went for two pizza and only one was ready. He insisted I waited a few minutes and gave me two fresh pizzas. Fresh made pizza, hell yeah! That guy was dope.Definitely coming back.“

“Talk about efficiency from the moment you walk in the door and pay for your food. Back out to your vehicle has to be less than a minute time. So if you are pressed for time, you want some really tasty Pizza for probably the lowest price in town. Little Caesars Pizza gives you your money's worth for what you receive. This is a place for folks who need good pricing,and that's what you get here. I think the employees are hard working and the place is a clean establishment as well.“

“I placed an online order for Pickup in Reno before leaving carson city. knowing it would probably be busy on Halloween night.

When I arrived they hadn't started my order yet, and I had to wait another 25 minutes. It was kinda irritating trying to save time, yet still forced to wait, but they looked understaffed for a guaranteed busy night.. Food was good and obviously fresh 😆.“

“Collin helped us when we made our order, and he did amazing. He was patient, helpful and kind. Collin gets 5 stars from us! His manager Laura on the other hand I feel a little differently. Being blatantly rude to her employees in front of customers is highly unprofessional in my opinion. If she wants them to perform better she should train them better but the way she belittles her staff isnt cool. She was nice enough to us but I can tell you right now she no leader. Just because someone is a hard worker does not always translate to good leadership.

“Dude I am retired US Army and I have had pizza from Chicago, New York, Italy and all over the globe but this store knows what they are doing. I literally ate the whole thing by myself in 10 minutes and I wasn't even hungry until I opened the box. Please make a training video for all the other pizza shops so they know what a pizza should be.“

“When I got there, there was no order. No line, just people standing everywhere. When I finally did order, I waited forty five minutes before I even got two small items and I never received both of them. I was told I only paid for 1. After all, the wait and the disappointment of the order mistake, i left very unhappy.“
