“Hello Jersey Mike’s Team,
I just had to take a minute to give your team a HUGE compliment!
We had Jersey Mike’s delivered to our office on August 27 around 2:00 PM, and let me tell you, those sandwiches were AMAZING. They were made absolutely perfectly. The oil and vinegar ratio was spot on, the bread was soft and moist on the inside with the perfect crunch on the outside, and everything tasted incredibly fresh.
The three of us girls in the office, Tea, Lisa, and Magda, have been struggling lately to find a lunch that leaves all three of us happy and actually wanting more. Yesterday, we made a quick decision to order Jersey Mike’s, and we seriously have not stopped talking about how perfect those sandwiches were!
Whoever was working and putting together orders around 2:00 PM on August 27 deserves some recognition. Please pass along our compliments because they absolutely nailed it. 🥪👏
Hats off to the entire team. You officially made three very happy office ladies, and I think it’s safe to say Jersey Mike’s just moved WAY up our lunch rotation!

Ok so originally I was pretty happy with the service and they had a promotion for a free cookie if you have a review. I went back today to get another sandwich and they had no idea how and really didn’t care one bit of if I got the cookie, yes it’s only a cookie, but if you’re offering something for a review you better make it happen. They had no idea if it would be a coupon emailed or anything like I was the first person to take them up on it. In my opinion, they had a happy customer and threw this free cookie in the mix and didn’t follow through, now not so happy, they should have given me 2 cookies at that point. Just saying, someone in marketing should figure this out.“
