“Smantha was one of the best employees I run into coming in to wing stop for my first time in Reno , great customer service as soon as I walked in was greeted asked for specials got 30 chicken wings for $30 with the best french fries you could have from Wingstop. My total was $36 I was very happy. I was asked to take a survey. I could get a free ranch. I took the survey. Samantha is who offered it to me. I just wanted to leave at five star Review and a great review for the company itself. The food is good. Great workers.“

“I always ask for our wings to be cooked 20-25 minutes. This is the only location that actually cooked them as long as I asked and had no issue with it. Very friendly on the phone and in person. It was a scheduled pick up because I was at work. And it was ready exactly when I had asked. They don’t have a tip jar but I had to tip.“

The establishment was clean, and the staff was super friendly! Not many places around that stay open late AND have good food. Be sure to ask what deals are being offered, which might save you some money. The young lady who helped me was very polite and offered suggestions and choices. I will be returning for sure. “I ordered delivery online, and the food was good, but initially I didn’t get it. The app was telling me it was delivered, but it wasn’t. When I called the store the employee that answered was rude, and told me to call DoorDash, but I ordered online the Wingstop app, not DoorDash. So, then they told me they would call Doordash to get credit for the order. I finally did get my order, but it was an hour and a half late.“
