Wendy's in Reno

“We used the drive through today and they forgot to give a reciept for the order. As per the sign no reciept the order is free. They proceeded to just give me a reciept with a signature and wrote on the top 1 free meal. I went in and the manager said that is was just 1 meal and not the purchase price of what I bought through the drive through, he said it says on the reciept 1 meal not meals. I told him no it is for the purchase price of what I bought at the drive through he said no, but then another guy came over and said it is for the purchase price on the reciept. So all and all they made it right but not before the manager wanted to argue about it.“

“I gave this location a very bad review a couple years ago, but I am changing it to reflect more recent experience. Since then, I have been back many times. For the most part, it has always been a pleasant experience. Staff is friendly and helpful, food is decent (for being fast food), and the dining area is always clean. Can't complain!

I was there at lunch, they offered a few lunch specials, but I went with the Dave's #1 single med w/ice tea. Burger &fries were hot (not scorching) perfect for eating. Place was clean, was welcomed at register, given time to look over menu, asked about specials and told all about the specials. Friendly environment, washed hands in bathroom and bathroom was very clean, well stocked, it did have a lock (get combination from front, done to keep vagrants from bathing in there) but was unlocked when I used it. Tables clean, no trash built up in cans. Plenty of parking, handicap accessible/Friendly. English and Spanish speaking available. Prices are higher as of late due to cost of fuel, transportation and cost of living. But in my opinion better quality than a place with an arch and you get more for your dollar. Highly recommend.“

“This location always has great food, friendly employees, clean restrooms, and speedy service. Can't ask for more from a fast food restaurant.

It literally took 4 minutes from order to eating for 2 breakfast meals on veterans day! I love this location.“

Lots of praise to the management team for keeping up with demand and training employees on politeness and courtesy!“

“The area is a little rough other than that employees are courteous nice and energetic greeting you with smiles and they're thorough and quick one of the only places to offer all you can drink fountain beverages due to the fact that other restaurants have eliminated all you can drink/free refills it seems like too much to ask for I'm no longer a customer of theirs.“

“To my friends at Wendy's, I've come here to write a review on this place. Thank you for staying positive in your community, and thank you for making a difference. There are three items I love on the menu. The grilled chicken wrap, the plain baked potato, and the chili beans (plain). The onions and the cheese don't do your chili beans any justice. I love to pour the chili beans over my plain baked potato. And that chili sauce you have in that little packet is heaven, but you need to put it in a bottle and sell it. Sell it in stores. I would be the first one to buy it. And that grilled chicken wrap, I hope it stays on the menu. This chicken wrap is packed with flavor and so much chicken, it entices the tastebuds. You truly do have delicious food. Yes it is a bit expensive, but everything is going up these days. I still love your food though. I would like to make a few suggestions: A pizza burger would be nice, and what about a peanut butter and jelly frosty? I also love the chicken nuggets. So crispy, hot, and ready to go. There are some really valuable items on the menu, and I would love that pizza burger and peanut butter and jelly frosty. Come up with some more new ideas, and I will continue to support you. Thank you for all that you do, Wendy's. You are better than most fast food places on the block, because you provide real and authentic service. A lot of fast food places don't have value, authenticity, nor quality. So thank you again, Wendy's. Keep shining your spotlight.“
