“Attention to detail in drive thru could use some work. Asked for chicken nuggets. Was asked how many. Told them 6. Then ordered the rest of meal. Chicken forgotten had to remind at the window.Also, when asking for extra sauce, they always assume I mean 'sausage'. I don't. I want more sauce, not extra sausage.“
“Service was speedy. Food came up reasonably fast, fresh and hot. Needed some attention to cleaning of the dining room area, drink station, women's restroom, it was only one other person in the dining room and drive thru was not over busy.“
“I order Wendy's by DoorDash and I've never been disappointed yet. I don't really know why people complain about things for a fast food place because hey, you're not going to the fucking Waldorf Astoria for food. And being polite to the workers goes a long way. When I wasn't so lazy and ordering in person at the Wendy's in both locations close to me, I never had any issues. I got what I wanted...hot tasty food...usually a Baconator and fries, or chicken nuggets. I remember many, many years ago when they first came out in San Jose and they were the first to have the baked potato and salad bar. Well, forty years later or more, I still go.From DoorDash orders, again, no problems. And yes, occasionally it's kind of cold, but how hard it is to pop it in the microwave and heat it up????? I never had any 'wrong' orders or mistakes either with the orders. And this is my to-go place for ordering by DD or in person for burgers and fries. Always.“
“This particular wendy's is always accommodating and friendly and gets my orders correct, the food is always what you expect it to be. I always go in the evenings in the drive thru there is usually a line and takes a little longer sometimes than I planned on waiting but not always. Overall for fast food I'll keep coming!!The other location on Mccarren by 7-11 is another story they were very rude and did not honor the offers in the app. The manager I believe his name was Johnny was not at all helpful and very argumentative will not be going back to that particular location ever again!!“
“Completely serious and positive review this is one of the only fast food places that is consistently as good as it should be if not better Services always Top Notch and the restaurant is clean I honestly really do recommend this Wendy's only this one though can't speak for any other any “
“To my friends at Wendy's, I've come here to write a review on this place. Thank you for staying positive in your community, and thank you for making a difference. There are three items I love on the menu. The grilled chicken wrap, the plain baked potato, and the chili beans (plain). The onions and the cheese don't do your chili beans any justice. I love to pour the chili beans over my plain baked potato. And that chili sauce you have in that little packet is heaven, but you need to put it in a bottle and sell it. Sell it in stores. I would be the first one to buy it. And that grilled chicken wrap, I hope it stays on the menu. This chicken wrap is packed with flavor and so much chicken, it entices the tastebuds. You truly do have delicious food. Yes it is a bit expensive, but everything is going up these days. I still love your food though. I would like to make a few suggestions: A pizza burger would be nice, and what about a peanut butter and jelly frosty? I also love the chicken nuggets. So crispy, hot, and ready to go. There are some really valuable items on the menu, and I would love that pizza burger and peanut butter and jelly frosty. Come up with some more new ideas, and I will continue to support you. Thank you for all that you do, Wendy's. You are better than most fast food places on the block, because you provide real and authentic service. A lot of fast food places don't have value, authenticity, nor quality. So thank you again, Wendy's. Keep shining your spotlight.“
“Shes hot with that Tripple stack... Melted cheese...add that bacon.... Smack them toasted buns with the special sauce .... Slide it in your mouth and taste the folds of beef and juices of freshness run down your chin as you fill up to pure satisfaction ..... And the burger aint bad either.???“
