The drive thru workers wouldn't refund my order after I asked the people at the drive thru to remake our order fresh. They didn't refund us our money back either. The two workers both said no to both requests. Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't a business supposed to refund their customer's money back if they were unsatisfied with their order, may I add before the order was eaten? It's Wendy's and that should tell you it's better than McDonald's.Kid-friendliness: It's a fast food place nothing to crazy for the kids to see here.Wheelchair accessibility: Ada ramps for easy access.

Never really had a bad experience here, Food was always decent and came out in a timely manner. Customer service was great, Everybody was polite and doing their job! I will definitely come back to this Wendy'
