We've tried several flavors and it's amazing! lots of nuts in nutty ice cream and chocolate chip mint has lots of chocolate chips. strawberry tastes like strawberries! Friendly service. It's very organized.
Best ice cream I’ve ever had. First time in, I got the four scoop sampler on $6 an amazing value. But, the dirtiest dining room, every table is dirty, the floors, the chairs, and flies everywhere inside. For health reasons I’d avoid. Fly feces and dairy, not a good mix. Sad this was my experience. Bitter Sweet.
Ordered medium bowl, 2 flavors of ice cream. When the gal gave us our order, there were 2 scoops & had to ask for more. It still wasn't even 3 scoops. Talked to management who said it is 4 scoops.

Handel's Homemade Ice Cream is a nice little ice cream shop with lots of flavors to choose from. The ice cream is made in-house, super fresh, and delicious. Customers can taste the actual ingredients used. The flavors are incredible, fresh, and abundant. The Taro is very flavorful, and the 'small' size is stacked. They also make sundaes with toppings, and the waffle cones are great. The staff is friendly and always in a good mood. The service is what it is all about; employees have been known to give a sample scoop to a child an hour after closing, going out of their way to make a kid's day. There is often a line, but it always moves fast and is always worth it. Handel's has spoiled customers for anything else.
