Chipotle Mexican Grill in Reno

“Best experience ever at any Chipotle. I came in pretty late in the evening, but Isaac greeted me with warmest and brightest smile. He was helping multiple customers, but made me feel like I was the only one in the restaurant somehow. I've rarely met anyone as efficient and knowledgeable as him; he had my order done so fast but still managed to make it look like a work of art. And it was so good.

Isaac was incredibly professional and friendly, and he's the reason I'll be coming back to this particular location. Thank you!“

“I have celiac and have had bad experiences at other locations where they just don't care and are rude when I say I have an allergy. But after a couple years I gave it another shot at this location while traveling and Sofia was SO nice about it and went out of her way to not only change gloves but also use new utensils and wipe down the whole line for me. Very much appreciated!“

“It was still early enough in the evening that the place wasn’t to busy. The young man behind the counter serving me was a kind individual who because of the grill behind him had to keep repeating himself and smiling all the time. The food was o and the service was fantastic“

“Chipotle in general has been there for me many a time. And this one specifically has saved me in several “forgot to eat, stomach grumbling” situations. Today I came in and it’s peaceful, regular but chill busy level. I had to wait for a bit for someone to help me but as someone who has worked in food service, i know what short staffing looks and dells like and the delay wasn’t a ball drop on the crew’s end- I can tell the crew is working hard, cooking, refilling things. A crew member was holding it down alone on the line and then another came back from their break. Then I had my go to burrito made and chips + queso, their new chimichurri sauce and a Poppi soda. The restroom was very clean and I had a face spot to sit and feast. That leaves me a happy camper - hats off to the crew here, I know Chipotle has employee perks but the employees here should be paid much more than they are and sufficiently staffed. AKA the top executives should get paid less 😙“

“Wow! This was a great experience! This was our first time coming to Chipotle and it won’t be our last. This chips were perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the chicken had so much flavor. The staff even gave us a free large serving of sour cream when asked. The wait was short, too! Thank you, Chipotle!“
