They NEED to have someone at the chipotlane window all the time. This is the 3rd time I have waited over 10+ minutes at the window, seeing my food sit on the counter and no one come up. Not to mention the 10 minutes I sat waiting for the car before me to get their food as well. What’s even the point in ordering food for pickup if it’s going to get cold sitting on the counter?
food is always great but staff always has an attitude and is careless with putting things in bag. if you ask for a bag of chips or drink at the end they act like it’s such an inconvenience. there’s always also a line here because they like to just stand around and talk while one person who usually seems to be new does it all.
Was good but absolutely horrible customer service Over $100 on a huge order forgot one small side and they made me wait in line behind the high school lunch rush just to get the small side… Absolutely ridiculous… Especially considering I have a broken foot and am in a cast… She could’ve easily grabbed me a small side and got me out of there quickly. I will never go there again.
