Thank you Jake on night shift for the above and beyond customer service! Our family are truly grateful for the kind words and service you provided. With 3 kids, fast food can be sometimes expensive. So whenever we are blessed with the opportunity to eat out.We like to get our money's worth , so thank you! Also thank you for the hot sauce recommendation
chipotle is one of my favorite places to eat. The only negative thing that I can say about this particular chipotle location is that they are always, and I mean, always, out of cheese.

Chipotle Mexican Grill is a restaurant with mixed experiences. While some customers have had positive interactions with the staff, who handled technical difficulties professionally, others have faced issues with cleanliness, cold food, and poor service. Orders have generally been fulfilled on time, with plentiful and fresh-tasting portions. Many customers find this to be the best Chipotle in Reno, praising the quick service, affordable prices, and hefty portions. The interior is usually clean and appealing, and staff are often helpful and efficient. However, some reviews highlight a depressed vibe among employees, who seem unhappy and may not be treated well or paid fairly. Customers believe that employees deserve appreciation, respect, and better treatment. Despite these concerns, the food itself remains satisfying, with popular items like bowls and burritos, making it a reliable choice for a quick meal.
