The chicken is black almost grey and it's very cold no heat in burrito left at all. Tastes so bad it that it makes me sick, nothing is fresh its cold and slimy. Both Burritos were half stuffed.

Just came here while staff was experiencing a technical difficulty with the software. They handled the situation quickly and professionally. I was very impressed with the service and response. I will certainly be back to this location soon!

I went in about 4pm they had no white rice, so I got brown rice the rice was so hard felt like I was chewing beads. I gotten 3 bowls 56$ ?

Order made wrong, it was absolutely awful too. Dry; and they forgot to add cheese…. Huh? Tried to call the store, spent 10 minutes with a robot before getting dial tone.

This is the first chipotle I've been to where I get bad service. I had a reward to use for a free entree, after ordering and getting to the register, the cashier tried to not let me use my reward. She straight up told me I couldn't use it because "I scanned it too late". She told me I wouldn't be able to use it this time and I had to tell her to re-ring up my order. She was unconcerned and did not care about helping me make sure I utilized my reward, nor did she apologize for the inconvenience

Food not bad except their chips and guacamole. Guacamole is good. Chips are terrible. Stale mixed with fresh. Way too salty. Inedible.

L chipotle. I love chipotle, and rarely ever have a bad experience. This one however, I came in around 1:30 pm on 9/27/23 and got my usual. Asked the server for double white rice 3 times and somehow still ended up with a portion 3/4 the size of a regular portion. On top of that, he was skimpy with all other portions, and I ended up with a bowl hardly even filled to the top of the container. Need to train employees on customer satisfaction and proper portioning, especially when I’m paying 13$ for a bowl. Come on man.

THIS Chipotle has the Rudest employees/manager and ever since Covid hit, VERY small portions. I would rather drive farther and go to the one off Keystone.

Chipotle used to be such a great option, but this location continues to be a disappointment. Food quality of meat and guacamole is terrible and overly salty. This store in particular is infamous for being very stingy on portions of rice and meat. Takeout orders ordered directly through the Chipotle app always seem to have something missing.Not sure if this is a franchise-wide issue or just this location, but the decrease in quality is so disappointing. I have given this Chipotle a handful of chances the last couple of years, but the quality never gets better
