We are boba tea lovers from California where there are a lot of boba tea places. Going down from Mt Rose, we decided to stop here to get some teas. Kids mostly always drink the same think and they liked it here.
A good boba tea place has different kind of teas (genmaicha, osmanthus, assam, hojicha…) and not just the flavors. I ordered osmanthus tea, no milk with grass jelly and it was good. You can taste the tea flavor rather than just the sweetness. The menu has everything you can think of. And there are enough tables and seats if you want to hang around with your friends.

I love this store, it has gotten to the point where one of the employees has memorized mine and both of my friends’ order for each time we come in, that’s awesome! And they work quickly too, we only wait around 5-10 minutes for us 3. They’re super friendly, the place is very clean and always has a good vibe, and super good drinks! The make it hot option was an amazing idea for this winter too! Honeydew milk tea all the way!
Parking: Plenty of spots in front of the store, and if not, there’s always the huge Walmart parking lot

First off, their menu is expansive and features a lot of flavors and teas that I normally wouldn't find in other shops. Hojicha is available here and my mind was made up immediately. I ordered their Hojicha milk tea with 50% sugar and boba and it was fantastic. Boba was a great consistency and the drink was not overly sugary even with the reduction. You could actually taste the tea which is what I appreciate from solid boba shops.
All of the milk teas utilize a non-dairy creamer base which is fantastic. I can't recall if the menu had drinks that featured dairy or something similar, but for those that are vegan or lactose intolerant (which is most people to be honest), fear not here!
You can order a drink (average $5) and either enjoy it inside their shop or even take it inside Ijji to dig into some of their noodle options. It feels endless given the variety here so go wild and enjoy some good boba and food next door.

It won’t let me press the do not recommend button. In the shop it smells like cats and cat litter and there are roaches. I told the employees there are live roaches next to my table and they said ok they’ll take care of it then never did so we walked out immediately.
