When we walked in u can say that the place was nice and big. It was also connected to soup and poke place. They had many flavor options. It took about 25 minutes to get our drinks but for the taste it was worth it. The one thing is that I would not recommend getting the brown sugar, it was very watery.

I had tried 1 2 Tea for the first time while actually ordering take out through it's neighboring restaurant Ijii Noodle House. I ended up enjoying it so now anytime I order food from there I usually throw in a milk tea as well. I usually go for a thai milk tea, however I recently discovered their thai green milk tea and I am obsessed! I'm now going out of my way just to drive over there and get the thai green tea. It's so delicious - I think it's a mix of traditional milk tea and matcha. My husband has been getting the earl grey milk tea which he also loves, and he can be picky about drinks. The only slight critique is that when I order in store sometimes the teas seem to take a long while to be made, even if there aren't many other people in there. I understand that they also process orders for the restaurant so maybe that has something to do with it, but I usually prepare myself for a bit of a wait to get my drink and don't go if I'm in a hurry.

This is a cute spot for dessert after having some ramen next door! They have a lot of options to choose from and the service was great. Everyone was welcoming and the drinks were delicious. Highly recommend taro or lychee tea.

Been here once and got the Taro milk tea with boba.There wasn't a line at the time. The service was welcoming and friendly.The drink itself had good flavor. The boba had nice texture. I just wish they didn't skimp on the boba portion. Overall, will be back when in the area. And thanks again for the great friendly service.

I love this store, it has gotten to the point where one of the employees has memorized mine and both of my friends’ order for each time we come in, that’s awesome! And they work quickly too, we only wait around 5-10 minutes for us 3. They’re super friendly, the place is very clean and always has a good vibe, and super good drinks! The make it hot option was an amazing idea for this winter too! Honeydew milk tea all the way!Parking: Plenty of spots in front of the store, and if not, there’s always the huge Walmart parking lot
