There are much better bars to go to in Reno. Literally just pick one. I personally prefer the midtown bars. This bar is not in a very good area, and is poorly managed. 6 months to a year ago there would be management that was on top of things when I went in. Now management is nowhere to be found, and when you do find the manager, she's useless

Beautiful Taproom, loud rap, no service. Have to move chairs away from the bar to have a spot to order from, out of half the menu, 10 dollars per draft, pay upfront, still ask for a tip.

My friend Brian B was a guest brewer. Great beer as always. Ask for the B3. Only issue I have with 10 Tor is the bar service is a little slow. Either not enough bar tenders for the event or they are making these complicated fantasy drinks that take too much time. Not that they are probably delicious, but I don't know. That's why 4 instead of 5. Good brewery.

Long story short, I’m tired of businesses that don’t seem to appreciate their customers. Update, I decided one day after work that I wanted a couple of their torrchatas, I thought they were really good last time I was in. When I get there I see they hadn’t made any. When the bartender lady who I had noticed on previous visits has a very angry vibe comes to ask me what I want I say “I wanted one of those torrchatas but it looks like you haven’t made any”. She stares into my eyes with the most irritated expression I’ve seen in a while and impatiently waits for me to pick something else. I think she was either aware of me posting the review while I was sitting in there or she could tell how uncomfortable she made me as I paid and left before finishing my drink because she started trying to be nicer. There are definitely other places to go next time
Good beer and mixed drinks. Funky cool atmosphere.

Went for the first time with friends and family to do a paint night that Heart and Soul put on. Let me just say the vibe of this place is top-notch and super festive for the holidays. I don't drink, but my friends were racing about the holiday menu, especially the gingerbread drink with a cookie on top. Music was killer, couldn't stop from chair dancing!! Lights, atmosphere, and one bartender that can do it all. Just had a fantastic Monday night. Maybe throw a few NA mocktails onto that holiday list. 😉😊

Went into this place yesterday for the first time and I was not at all pleased with the service I came to buy the spiced apple drink and was ignored at the bar twice and the employees were rude I think I'll just buy 10 torr at my work from now on
