Not bad. Three bars on site.

I was there for an annual dinner, the food was good and the drinks never stopped.

It's a nice place, regular drinks, very up and trendy. Food was not cooked all the way through. Let the waiter know about it didn't seem to care and asked for another piece but told me that there wasn't anything else. Never even looked at the plate to see it just stood there as if I was going to barge the kitchen.

I came here for a Aces luncheon where you meet some of the players. We were served mozzarella sticks, meatballs, a rice dish and cookies. The question and answer period lasts about an hour and includes three Aces players. This month the players were Kyle Jensen, Sean Jamison and Jimmie sherry. This is a benefit of being a season ticket holder. You can meet and greet the players and have the opportunity to ask questions. They hold this luncheon 4-5 times a year.

The most recent Ignite: Reno event was held here, and it was my first time coming in except for last year's Backwash event (which doesn't really count as it was just a staging ground for home brewers, not a bar). After reading some other reviews I see that it's a club, which I definitely didn't know. The bar is fairly nice and it would be a fine place to hit up before a ball game. Lots of open area so it would also be pretty fun to rent out if you were having a big event and wanted everyone to be able to mingle. Some comfy booths around the perimeter, bar-style tables and stools scattered throughout the middle. Not sure how crowded it is usually, but it was pretty busy for this event. Bartender was super friendly and did a good job of managing the crowd. I get that it's near a ball park, but yeesh! Beers were running $8 for a plastic cup of beer, $6 if you wanted to drink Coor's. Definitely not going to be a regular hangout for this girl.

Best possible sports bar venue I have ever experienced. Great selection of fresh cold brews, cute servers, attractive surroundings, and good value. The local Renoans make it. Friendly locals even extend warm welcome to us from Cali.

Went to see the Capita snowboards video premier. Great sound system and indoor/outdoor stage area. I like how they have seperate areas. Almost looks like they could have different music in different rooms. I will visit again; as long as there isnt a reno aces baseball game; cause its crazy packed and busy then.

A suitable open club layout with ample room for dancing and carrying-on with your peeps. The club offers a pleasant view of the downtown skyline and is adjacent to Duffy's Alehouse which is perfect for your friends who would rather not shake a leg. The Freighthouse District as a whole is a top quality nightlife spot but I do agree with Java B. 250 could use some unique lighting enhancements. It seems a little dark inside even for a club. There is no cover charge unless they have live music. On weekends they have DJ's but as it becomes summer the lineup changes dramatically.

Some AC would be much appreciated! It's freaking hot!!

Real original. 210 North cuz it's on 210 North Sierra. 2500 East at Grand Sierra, cuz it's on 2500 East 2nd St. West 2nd St Bar, cuz, etc. West Street Wine bar. Anyhow, this place is next door to Duffy's Ale House and the outside area of Freight House. The whole complex is pretty much an adult party land that's packed these days. This club is medium sized with a dance floor in the middle that has chairs until later in the night when they clear it out for dancing. The music is decent, usually Top 40, hip hop stuff. You get a lot of people walking in and out from outside. It's nice and dark although when you're drunk, you might get beer googles easier. Bartenders are a little slow, but you can always go outside too and bring drinks inside.

Hey look everyone, another "ultra" lounge in Reno. Admittedly, I write this with half a hangover, and my grumpiness might be a contributing factor here. I came here on a Friday night with boyfriend at about 9 pm to meet some friends. Seated promptly by a waitress at a table overlooking downtown Reno, which was kind of neat. Drinks are mucho expensive here, and they haven't (or are not going to) developed a solid house mixed drinks menu. Did I mention drinks are expensive here? Supposedly they have food too... but the music was so obscenely loud (and dated, I might add, I don't want listen to "I'm every woman" at a club) that it did not make for a good dining atmosphere. Our waitress was on it, but there were like 5 other waitresses for three other tables. The bar was clearly overstaffed, which isn't a problem really, except that there were a ton of security guards around too, which just makes you feel like you're being scrutinized. The place was dead (it wasn't a game night) and all the people in the Freighthouse "District" were over at the other bar across the main patio. Left for two hours and came back to meet more friends (bar of their choice). This time, waitstaff was gone and only the bartender was left. I ordered a round of 3 shots of house tequila (that's Cuervo for $6.50 a shot, yikes!) and handed the guy a twenty and five (only big bills in the wallet) and asked for my change (yelled for it actually). He takes my bills and walks off, dumping my change in his tip jar. That's just bad bartending etiquette not to give the customer change back: don't be so presumptuous dude! I've never had a bartender not automatically hand me my change back, unless I expressly tell them to keep it. Boyfriend had to go ask for it back (because all you're getting is buck a drink, brotender) and the guy totally copped an attitude. Left after fifteen minutes with a hoarse voice because I had to scream at my friends, who were the only group in the bar... it doesn't need to be that loud with only ten people in a huge space. Overall, awkward. Be interesting to see this place on a game night, with better trained staff and less security. Apparently the Aces Ballclub owns the Freighthouse businesses... we'll see how it goes, guys.
