Came here last Saturday while on my way to the airport up in Cali to head home. Picked up a white choc rasp (delicious!) as well as a chocolate chip cookie. I believe Eshal took my order. Kindest soul. Wished me a safe trip and further asked me how I liked it in Reno which made me feel cared for. Smallest of words make a big difference! Definitely recommended.

If you’re in town, at the GSR for work - I recommend keeping this place in mind! It’s especially helpful to have somewhere open 24hrs when you have early call times and nothing else is open… or if you work really late haha. Be aware, I’m pretty sure the use chef mike for a lot of things here (microwave).I tried:-Sausage bagel: the sausage was very small, and very hard lol - probably overcooked…-Philly cheese steak: 9/10 honestly haha, very good-Chorizo burrito: pretty good, I’m from Phoenix so I have pretty high burrito standards… I would buy this again, but more out of necessity than anything ha!The staff is always super helpful, and the prices, although still high, are better than anywhere else in the resort!

The manager of the cafe and bakery was outstanding! I ordered a 5 layer cake for my sons 21st birthday and it turned out incredible! I could not have been more pleased. I would highly recommend them.

Absolutely disgusting saw someone confront staff about cocroaches and they turned back on the stoves and didn't do anything about it !! I waited and continued to see roaches . Extremely foul !Wheelchair accessibility: No.

This is the worst place they have the worst workers all have bad attitude toward non white people I order 2 cup coffee and 4 donuts they lady that work there have me the donuts in a bag and she told me wait for the coffee I waited 20min for a coffee and the reason I got I asked them because the people the came after me got there coffee and left when I went to ask the guy about my coffee he told me calm down Stead of Apologise to me for making me wait 20 min for a coffee and when I got into my room I got only 3 donuts in the bag and I paid for 4 donuts this place need change the workers

jacqueline was the most sweetest and patient cashier ever! i didn’t know what i wanted and she helped me by showing me all the different pastries! she was very nice and very bubbly. as soon as i went to her register she would make conversation with me. definitely would go again!

1-star for convenience and variety of selections 1-star for friendly staff (those already know who we are) I really hope management DO read this review and make adjustment! As perks for being loyal Infinite and Iconic member for the resort. Per terms, we have priority on check out at this location HOWEVER, management FAILED to post signage in regards to our perks. We have gotten into multiple arguments with new staff about our perks until she have to show them the terms on infinity rewards page. We are TIRED of having to explain ourselves to other customers WHY we have ahead-of-the-line privilege. THIS IS SIMPLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Management failed to serve your loyal customers and honor their privilege. This issue was brought up many time with on duty supervisor and has not been addressed for over 2 years now. This is also go with Starbucks as well. PLEASE FIX IT!

Ordered a few different dessert items and water. Pretty moronic you can not take these desserts into the pool. Didn't order from this place again because of that. Desserts themselves are good.

This spot is open 24/7 which is great. The line is never too long, you can also do mobile order. My experience was very pleasant each time I went. The Starbucks line next door was out of control so I spotted here for come, they DO NOT HAVE ICE. So no iced coffee for me. But also I know it's Starbucks coffee they are using but tasted a bit burnt to me. They have pastries and cookies and also breakfast sandwiches. Pretty quick. One late night I did get there pizza which I thought was great. Might be the alcohol talking some times simple is best. I bought my waters, sodas and energy drinks here. Friendly staff and it's just a quick stop. I'll definitely be back.
