Went for the first time and it did not disappoint! Staff is really friendly, made me feel welcomed, and they even gave me a free snack for it being my first time there :) protein shakes are really good filled with vitamins, I'll definitely be back

This little store has a charming, simple aesthetic. I absolutely love their power bowl. I got the banana, agave, granola, and chocolate chip version. I wish I’d added strawberries to it; it would have been a perfect 10/10. The bowl was still delicious, though, and I’ll definitely get it again.
However, I was disappointed with my strawberry horchata protein shake. It didn’t taste like strawberry horchata at all, and the ice wasn’t blended enough, making it crunchy. It also tasted like cake batter.
On the bright side, the power bowl was refreshing and would make a great start to my breakfast.

I stopped by and had their Strawberry Cheesecake smoothie — it was absolutely delicious! The flavor was so creamy and fresh, and it tasted just like dessert but still felt healthy. The customer service was amazing too — everyone was super friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

My favorite is a protein shake and quick protein oats combo. Strawberry and honey on the protein waffle hits before or during a workout. Family atmosphere makes a welcoming experience. CLEAN. Always spotless. I like to walk here when charging my car at the element charging stations across the street.

Heard about this place on Instagram, and so I decided to try it out since everything is low carb and my husband is a diabetic. It was the best protein shake I've ever had. Endlessly customizable, and the owner is a lovely young guy easy to root for. They're busy and just starting out, and staffing is light because of that. Therefore, you should sometimes expect a wait, but it's well worth it and a fantastic opportunity to partake in something that is enjoyable and better for you. Prices are competitive to other smoothie shops, maybe a bit more in some cases, but generally you spend between 10-15 dollars for a 24oz packed with protein and nutrients, low in calories and sugar. 100% recommending and a repeat customer secured.
