My favorite is a protein shake and quick protein oats combo. Strawberry and honey on the protein waffle hits before or during a workout. Family atmosphere makes a welcoming experience. CLEAN. Always spotless. I like to walk here when charging my car at the element charging stations across the street.

Heard about this place on Instagram, and so I decided to try it out since everything is low carb and my husband is a diabetic. It was the best protein shake I've ever had. Endlessly customizable, and the owner is a lovely young guy easy to root for. They're busy and just starting out, and staffing is light because of that.
