The absolute worst barbecue burger I’ve ever had at Arby’s. I haven’t been there in a while and I decided to try and get a burger for lunch/dinner and when I opened it up, they had squirted barbecue sauce on the top and bottom bun. It’s the point where it was soggy, they must have Used an entire container on my burger. Disgusting I couldn’t even eat it. Total waste of money! service like this makes it really easy to not eat fast food. The curly fries were in pieces and hard. Never going to another Arby’s again

I drove across town for Arby’s today. It has been a while and I always like Arby’s. One of the dips had hardly any meat, the anjus on one was weirdly bitter, the large crinkle cut fries were so hard it seemed like they were cooked in the morning and sat all day. I thought I broke my tooth on the first one. The cherry turnovers were over cooked and dried out. This was at about 3:45 pm on a Saturday. I usually like this place but now I don’t think I will make it a point to drive for this food especially since it cost me over $50.00.

They're the MOST unprofessional here. They are suppose to be open by 9, the manager didn't open the doors til 9:20 and wasn't even in work attire. Everyone was rude walking around mad at the fact they gotta work the job they applied for. Yall need to work on your work ethic because that's just embarrassing.
I was attended fast and didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes. I enjoyed my sandwich a lot.

I order online to avoid all the people and I’m now 30 minutes into not getting my food but everyone else that ordered had got there’s I got told I need to wait because they are short handed great way to respond to a customer

I placed an order to be picked up between 11 and 11:20 pm. I arrived at 11:12, if my food was made fresh it would have still been hot. The dr.pepper was watered down, and I got no napkins.
