I had always liked this place and have gone basically once a week for years.

Today I told them they were having trouble with their phone. The lady at the front who I always liked told me my phone was the problem and then said go somewhere else. I have always tipped well and have spent thousands of dollars here. I was always happy with that but I won’t ever go back after being told to go somewhere else. They obviously don’t want my biz anymore and I won’t be going to sushi rose anymore since they are obviously affiliated.

I am a biz owner myself and would never tell a customer that.

Very rude when I asked about prices as internet showed different price than on menu. Got mad and started yelling at me and I said I was sorry but, there were 2 different prices. She supposedly the owner said she would not serve me and to leave. I have been there many times before and was embarrassed how she treated me. Bad Customer service and will not return. Shocked at her behavior.

We get takeout regularly and eat in on occasion. The food is always phenomenal and the service is legendary. They're speedy, kind, and make great food. The serving sizes are also enormous which is always a plus to get a good bang for your buck.

This place is always amazing. My husband and I have come here our whole relationship. Almost 7 year. They never disappoint and are always wonderful kind people, with fast and reliable service, reasonable prices, and amazing food.
This is our favorite restaurant to go to. They accommodate me having food restrictions. They also remember you.
We moved an hour away and the drive is worth it. Thank you all for being amazing.

I used to live in the NW, so this was my go-to for Asian food. I've since moved across town, but nothing compares, so I now drive all the way to NW Reno for my Asian Wok fix...great food all the way around ?
