My husband and I decided to check out Asian Wok for the first time last week. We hadn't been there before, and we thought it would be like any local takeaway Chinese food place.
Our expectations were completely wrong.
This was some of the best and most affordable Asian food we've had in a very long time. The service was excellent, and the proprietor had no issues with us sitting to the side to check out the menu, sknce there were so many options. When we ordered, the food was all made fresh, and we only had about a 10-minutefood, even being walk-ins. I would recommend Asian Wok to anyone in the Stead area who is looking for quick, easy, and delicious foos.

I've NEVER had better orange chicken anywhere in this country. Everything else on the menu has also been good but OH MY GOSH ORDER THE ORANGE CHCIKEN. Take out boxes are always stuffed full and they have a selection of hot tea that I enjoy.
Had the shrimp fried rice, food was good, plenty of shrimp, LOTS of food that was packed in the square container. No skimping there. Plenty of carrots and peas, little scrambled egg. So much food I had a food coma and just had to sit quietly after eating most of it. lol Lady at the register was great speaking with, kind of sassy! I like that. All good.Sorry no photos, soon as I opened the container (this was to go) I dived right in. It was $15.
