ZARRIE AND CHRISTINA were hands down the BEST SERVERS we have ever had. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and their recommendations were absolutely fantastic. Every dish they suggested exceeded our expectations. Their warm hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine passion for what they do made our night special. It’s rare to receive service that feels both professional and personal, and they delivered both perfectly. I would just like to say the atmosphere here is so welcoming. The service is quick. Everyone who works here is so nice. The place was very clean and comfortable. The Mary’s chicken dinner was so delicious. I have never had such an amazing dish of food before. I am in love with this place and I will be back with everyone I know of. It is so worth the money I spent. Lately it seems like restaurants do not have quality food but over charge anyways. That is not the case here. Absolutely amazing!!

They took their time explaining & sharring their thoughts of what to order, The bartender Maria made the best Cosmo drink it was so delicious., I never had one before, I would totally recommend everyone & anyone to go

Service was a little slow because they had a few big parties to deal with. However, the service we received was very good. The complimentary baked Alaska with flaming top (because it was a birthday celebration) was a nice touch. Overall, very pleased.

I went to the casino at the Atlantis Casino Hotel in Reno, Nevada, and quickly lost my $10 limit on the slots. But I experienced a "winner" when I had dinner at the Atlantis Steakhouse, rated the No. 1 steakhouse in Reno. Located on the second floor of the hotel, it is northern Nevada's only Forbes Four-Star restaurant. It imports the finest steaks from Allen Brothers in Chicago and Japanese Wagyu from Kumamoto, Japan. Its wine list, which offers 336 selections, has received the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence for 23 consecutive years. I started with a prawn cocktail with house-made cocktail sauce and a lemon wedge, a bowl of lobster bisque with Maine lobster and cognac and a Classic Caesar salad prepared tableside with Romaine lettuce, focaccia croutons and aged parmesan. For my entree, I chose a 12-ounce, 28-day aged prime filet mignon from Allen Brothers with garlic mashed potatoes and creamed spinach. For dessert, I couldn't resist a large portion and incredibly delicious Bananas Foster flambeed tableside. All in all, as good as advertised.

Well they forgot our coffee cake at the end and the scallops came out barely warm but it otherwise good. We asked to pay but bill was given to my brother. For $800 nothing should have been forgotten. Server was friendly and for the most part great, but a strong finish would have been good for the price. Oh and the topper is the lid for the sauce was broken and we now have lemon solo all over our ribeye. So they didn’t box our items up correctly.

Both the service and the food was amazing! Our server Joe was professional, helpful and super nice. The food, while expensive, was absolutely worth it. I would recommend this place to everyone!!

A high end steakhouse that overcooks Allen Brothers beef is suspect. This is the second time in recent history that my medium rare steak was over; barely medium and one half was well. You either get a new steak or they'll take it off your bill, but you don't get your leftovers if you opt not to have a new steak fired. I don't like that policy, I could still do something with the overcooked leftovers. So just be aware before you let them take your plate to show the kitchen! Both other steaks at our table were also imperfect - a NY strip that was very gristly, medium when it was ordered medium rare, and the fatty edge that's normally so delicious was not edible, it was impossible to chew; a second filet ordered medium but an uneven cook resulted in a third being well done. We really should have returned al three for re-fire, oops. Table side Caesar salad was just ok this time, the dressing was a bit runny and it needed more. Asparagus with lemon aioli was good, broccolini was not tender enough to my liking but had good flavor. Escargot was outstanding. Bread basket is great. We had a wonderful bottle of wine. Service was very good.

We had a wonderful, relaxing experience at Atlantis. Most especially, the service was welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Twice we grew our party, eventually coming to 15 - no problem, with another table pulled from who knows where and just as well and quickly and as comfortably appointed as our original settings. The atmosphere, food, cocktails and wine were great, but it was the service from Caitlin and Alex that set the night apart. Thank you, Atlantis!

Absolutely fantastic experience at the bar thanks to Melissa and Fernando. 10/10 on everything. However…. Thick cut steak fries are listed on the menu and i was served sidewinder potatoes… don’t get me wrong they were great…. But…. Not thick cut steak fries. May want to consider adjusting the language on the menu to match the correct potato? Looking forward to my next experience here. Highly recommend
