No line on a Saturday at 5:30 afternoon and 15 to 20 minutes wait for regular pretzel employees not looking like they're even making any? Not very good at their jobs ?

Pretzels here are always amazing, the lemonade selection is good too. The service is also quite quick, and you see them wash their hands frequently.
The staff is always ready to roll, and the product is sure to satisfy. Most of the time we get a big cup of pretzels, and a cup of the mini pretzel dogs. The standard full size prezel dog with Jalapeno is another thing to check. Never tried the sweet stuff (cinnamon sugar) they have, as Cinnabon's is 15 feet away and has the corner on sweet cinnamon rolls and pastries.

We went to order a party size and they said they didn’t have dough to make it and it was 8pm, I had asked them what time they close they said at 9. So I Asked them again why they couldn’t make them he said that they were closing soon ???? Even though it’s 8??? That makes no sense at all
