It was Friday night, only a few table but they were packed, and just one waitress. The waitress was obviously very rude. We almost walked out right then. But we decided not to match her rudeness and ordered fried rice, lobster Pathai, and a papaya salad, the salad never came. The other food came but we could not eat; we sat and waited for that waitress to notice us because there was no silverware. It was a worst dining experience. 😞

This place is terrible. They close at 8 but if you don't get there before 7 they won't seat you. Just make your close time 7 if you aren't going to serve people. Terrible service!

From the moment we walked into the restaurant we were greeted by the staff. Our party was served quickly and our server answered the questions we had. Our appetizers and main dishes were served promptly and they were DELICIOUS!! My family and I will definitely return to this excellent Thai restaurant in the near future! We found this hidden gem a couple weeks ago while passing through on a road trip from CA to CO. What a nice find! I love Thai food and Bangkok Express did not disappoint. The food was really nice and the family that own the restaurant are wonderful and courteous. I don’t live near by but I seriously want to drive back that way just to eat there again. Yum, yum, yum… I highly recommend.

This place is absolutely delicious, but they don't list online that they are closed from 3pm-5pm on many weekdays. We drove in from Sparks to eat here and arrived at 2:55pm but they said they were closed.
We really do love this place. Just wish they were more clear about their hours.
