I’m an OTR trucker and this was my first at Baskin Robbin’s, the first thing I noticed was beautiful decor, very clean, the lady that assisted was very nice and welcoming, I tried a milkshake because in my mind, the form is a lil more healthier option and I wasnt disappointed, it was amazing!!!! I got the rainbow sherbet milkshake medium size, and I can tell the rest of there flavors must be amazing as well. Definitely I’d reccomend anyone to go here .

i got the oreo layered sundae, i’ll have to go back to get a better before picture. it was so good i just started to eat it..
it was super busy but the worker Helena did a wonderful job and got everyones order promptly and it did not disappoint. 10/10

Clerk and Cashier very good. Cashier was very helpful with gathering us spoons for our mint chocolate chip polar pizza treat; which was very tasty. Unfortunately, I forgot her name (3/25 at around 830pm).
Store was pretty busy for the time of night but the staff took care of them quickly.
Initially we got discouraged because of the solicitors outside of the entrance but they left shortly after we pulled into parking stall.

Had a simple birthday cake order for my daughter’s birthday. They completely messed up my daughter’s name, I asked for them to fix it and instead of properly fixing it, It was scraped off damaging the frosting and they did not smooth it out before fixing her name, causing the cake to just look terrible. Very sloppy and disappointing. Do better, this is for someone’s birthday absolutely ridiculous for the price too!

Baskin-Robbins never disappoints with their ice cream flavors. I prefer mine in a waffle cone, but my daughter likes the creature creation bowls - you can add a cone to these, too.
So I show up, and it is 10 Minutes before the store's supposed to close, and what do you know the Open light is on. There are employees inside, but the doors are locked. What is the point of having hours, if the employees can't stay open When they're supposed to?
One of their freezers has been broken for months and instead of keeping the flavors from that freezer in another, or the back, or rotating them with the others, they just claim "We are out". Fix the freezer and give me options for the flavors I actually want.
Several experiences here. The ice cream is tasty, but the environment isn't.The other day I came here at Googles opening time and not a soul stepped by the store to open. I waited thirty minutes and still nothing so I left.My other experience here was in the summer. I came for the summer special ice cream and it wasn't available sadly. One of the freezers were broken, so I unfortunately could not get the flavor I showed up for. After purchasing my item the employee decided to strike up a conversation as I was leaving. It was weird. Couldn't they have had a conversation BEFORE I purchased? Or during paying?It was after I fully paid and my hands were full did the young teenage boy go, "So how was your day?" It was awkward as I was in a hurry and I was already stepping out to leave

Went in to order a shake. The young lady told me there was a mess on the floor she hasn't cleaned up yet and would not be making shakes since she has on white shoes.Horrible customer service!!!!
