staff was super rude, i called at around 4 on 2/6 to order a paw patrol cake and was told by a male in a very condescending tone that they had the cake available but they wouldn't let me order it and told me to "go to an actual store" if i wanted paw patrol. very unnecessarily rude and definitely need some customer service training

Cheddar Bob lookin a$$ there is always rude, always eating ice-cream when we come in, takes 45 minutes everytime to complete a pick up order that honestly shouldn't take longer than 5 minutes. Other Baskin Robin's get my drink made in minutes. The guy over here takes forever. And complains and causes a huge scene loudly stating how he has to remake an order when he messes up. The dude acts like a large 2 year old who isn't there to work.

I gave 4 stars only because of an amazing employee that helped me, and was super kind. I think her name was Roxanne. If it wasn’t for her I’d be giving 1 star. She tried to go above and beyond in customer service for me, while the other employee didn’t let her. I completely understand they don’t take anything over 20s because most people buy one or two ice creams…. But I bought a $40 cake, candles, a banana split, and a kids ice cream. I only needed around thirty something in change, plus I wanted to give a $10 tip, so not even much change. That was whatever though, I didn’t mind running across the street to get change. I kindly asked her to put my banana split and cake in the freezer so it didn’t melt… she seemed irritated by my request l, and only put the cake in the freezer. On my way out to get change, I tipped the nice girl $5 and told her to keep it to herself. When I got back to pay of course you could tell the banana split was melted, and the nice employee came up to ask me if I wanted it remade, I told her she didn’t need too, but she did it anyway. I’m pretty sure the other employee actually got mad and said something to her about her remaking my banana split which is crazy bc if she had just placed it in the freezer in the first place no one would need to remake it ??‍♀️. I tipped the nice employee another $5 because she was kind, and understands how to work with people. It doesn’t take much to be kind to someone. I truly appreciate her. I hope she get recognized.

Took 45 minutes to take care of three customers. There were other people in the back but were chatting and not helpful..4 more families came in and we left after almost an hr and two more people ahead of us. If you schedule staff make sure they actually work and help out rather than leave the new person alone who takes 25 minutes to figure our what goes into a shake.
