Consistently makes delivery drivers wait 10-20 minutes to scoop 2 bowls of ice cream? They always say “I just got that right now” but if I got the order 10 minutes ago and you guys have to accept it before I even see it… what are you talking about?

it was very clean, well kept place, though i asked for vanilla , they gave me it but it seemed very dry; i could barley eat it!! then they added sprinkles, which i did not ask for???

Tried to go here at 9:15pm (they close at 10) and the doors were locked. The kids were sitting on the counter on their phones. Looked up at us when we tried to open the door and just looked back down. Ridiculous, someone get control of this place.

Simply will not go here anymore horrible customer service treat someone the way you want to be treated. 1 hr before they close n the guy wants to grab a spoon to serve me after throwing a wash rag back into sink. Cool. That's called the no glove love.

The manager and employees at this location are fantastic we called with a birthday party emergency, we needed our cake a few hours early and they got it done. The cake was great too. Thanks Baskin-Robbins

The lady was a manager who served me and for $10 the scoops were small. Two little scoops I know it was intentional my friends were a lot bigger and I’ve been at another location and they were a lot bigger not sure why maybe because I walked in laughing about a joke with my friend and she thought it was disrespectful but I’m not coming back. You can’t laugh in public people get upset nowadays.

I'm giving 2 stars which I'd give more for the customer service portion of my visit but the PRICE of this extremely ordinary "treat" is SOooOoO @#+&% ridiculous. I just can't give any more stars. Sorry.2 scoops of vanilla ice cream & hot fudge topping. I did not order nuts, sprinkles, whipped cream or a cherry. Now the young man who was helping me (very nice) must still be in training. I assumed this due to another very nice young man (possibly in charge) came over to confirm my order of JUST 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream and hot fudge topping and nothing else. The young man in charge(?) told the one making my sundae to ring it up as 2 scoops and the topping. He then added, and I quote, "that way it'll be cheaper." I thought, that was nice of him! So much for my thought process...Total cost of JUST 2 SCOOPS OF VANILLA ICE CREAM WITH HOT FUDGE TOPPING:$6.91Are you freakin' kidding me??? What a joke! You'd think for that price you'd get a real spoon or a lotto scratcher-SOMETHING!!!No wonder the place was packed with 3 customers. So sad. I will never go back.

So tonight I took my 7yr old son and my senior mom for ice cream I went in tonight around 6pm a young man who was working was very polite and professional he was busy so this young lady named EM helped us omg she not only was very unprofessional but she was very very rude when I spoke up about her rude behavior all she would say was I’m sorry you feel that way and then gave even more attitude little did she know not only am I a professional reviewer but I have a lot of influence on social media normally I wouldn’t want to influence anything negative but this young lady does not need to work at a place where you go to be happy and this is the second time I’ve been in there and the same young EM has such a bad attitude and gives the worst experience, my opinion in general is if you don’t like your job find a new one you like period

So tonight I took my 7yr old son and my senior mom for ice cream I went in tonight around 6pm a young man who was working was very polite and professional he was busy so this young lady named EM helped us omg she not only was very unprofessional but she was very very rude when I spoke up about her rude behavior all she would say was I’m sorry you feel that way and then gave even more attitude little did she know not only am I a professional reviewer but I have a lot of influence on social media normally I wouldn’t want to influence anything negative but this young lady does not need to work at a place where you go to be happy and this is the second time I’ve been in there and the same young EM has such a bad attitude and gives the worst experience, my opinion in general is if you don’t like your job find a new one you like period
