Wanted to take my daughter somewhere to celebrate a little achievement of hers so we tried Baskin Robbins. I liked that they have small cones that you can add whichever icecream and topping to if you'd like. She loved it. The employee was friendly and we went back the next week to get my husband a treat... he wanted a banana split (he use to get those as a kid). He chose three different ice cream flavors, a few different toppings and it was big enough to share with the whole family.

The manager and employees at this location are fantastic we called with a birthday party emergency, we needed our cake a few hours early and they got it done. The cake was great too. Thanks Baskin-Robbins

The lady was a manager who served me and for $10 the scoops were small. Two little scoops I know it was intentional my friends were a lot bigger and I’ve been at another location and they were a lot bigger not sure why maybe because I walked in laughing about a joke with my friend and she thought it was disrespectful but I’m not coming back. You can’t laugh in public people get upset nowadays.

Parents: Do not take your children to this establishment. They serve an addicting substance: Ice Cream. I found BR in the early 1970's and view ice cream as a major food group. I have not been in this location for two days and suffer withdrawls. This location is the best in Reno, the best in staff, training, and customer relations. I will no longer visit the other Truckee Meadow locations, but everytime I am in the area, I will stop for a scoop of German Chocolate Cake and Mocha. Two scoops in a cup.

I'm giving 2 stars which I'd give more for the customer service portion of my visit but the PRICE of this extremely ordinary "treat" is SOooOoO @#+&% ridiculous. I just can't give any more stars. Sorry.2 scoops of vanilla ice cream & hot fudge topping. I did not order nuts, sprinkles, whipped cream or a cherry. Now the young man who was helping me (very nice) must still be in training. I assumed this due to another very nice young man (possibly in charge) came over to confirm my order of JUST 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream and hot fudge topping and nothing else. The young man in charge(?) told the one making my sundae to ring it up as 2 scoops and the topping. He then added, and I quote, "that way it'll be cheaper." I thought, that was nice of him! So much for my thought process...Total cost of JUST 2 SCOOPS OF VANILLA ICE CREAM WITH HOT FUDGE TOPPING:$6.91Are you freakin' kidding me??? What a joke! You'd think for that price you'd get a real spoon or a lotto scratcher-SOMETHING!!!No wonder the place was packed with 3 customers. So sad. I will never go back.

I have been enjoying Baskin-Robbins for over 50 years. When I was a child, my Mom would take my sister and I there after church My favorite was Mandrine Chocolate Sherbet I wish BR would bring it back. It would assure my visiting more often!!!!

I haven't been here in awhile and to my surprise it was remodeled! I love the new look!! It's more lively and welcoming, and it seems that the flow of the store is a lot smoother. The customer service was always great at this location, and the store looks clean at all times. If I find an unclean table then it was due to customers not cleaning after themselves, and at that point I just wipe it clean and sit to enjoy my treat! My fave is jamoca ice cream on a chocolate dipped cake cone. So YUMM!!!

Love Baskin Robbins ice cream, especially Daiquiri Ice! Don't love their prices. It's good, but a single scoop of ice cream doesn't need to be $4. Looks like they've remodeled at this location. Looks nice. The staff the day we went in were polite and prompt.

So tonight I took my 7yr old son and my senior mom for ice cream I went in tonight around 6pm a young man who was working was very polite and professional he was busy so this young lady named EM helped us omg she not only was very unprofessional but she was very very rude when I spoke up about her rude behavior all she would say was I’m sorry you feel that way and then gave even more attitude little did she know not only am I a professional reviewer but I have a lot of influence on social media normally I wouldn’t want to influence anything negative but this young lady does not need to work at a place where you go to be happy and this is the second time I’ve been in there and the same young EM has such a bad attitude and gives the worst experience, my opinion in general is if you don’t like your job find a new one you like period

This Baskin Robbins location is definitely my favorite out of all of the ones in town. They always have a variety of ice cream cake flavors in stock, and of all different sizes too. I really like getting people ice cream cakes for their birthdays and the people at this store and always so nice and will even write on the cakes for you (the south Reno one will not). Their ice cream is delish and if I'm not getting a cake for someone, I opt for a single scoop hot fudge sundae with gold ribbon ice cream...SO good when I want to treat myself!
