Gluten free chocolate cupcakes did not taste like chocolate, more like a carob. I was disappointed it tasted like a healthy muffin rather than a sweet chocolate cupcake.

Horrendous customer service.
We ordered 18 cupcakes for a kids bday. Asked for colored sprinkles, and they did not add the sprinkles (probably could have lived with just that). On top of that, 6 of them were damaged and they blamed me for it saying it was a 10 minute car ride and the AC ruined some but not all of the frosting. I provided proof that they were not damaged from the car ride, and still no one was able to give us product that wasn’t damaged. Very poor customer service.
Edit - now instead of it being our AC, it was that my car was too hot. I had been in my car for an hour prior to picking them up and the climate control was set at 71 degrees. The reality is they never showed me the final product because of how they box the cupcakes, and instead of taking ownership, they are blaming the customer, and refusing to accept that this may have also happened at their store prior to giving them to me.

This is a great place for sweet treats for everyone! I took a variety of gluten free cupcakes to the office and told no one they were gluten free. The cupcakes and cookies were well received and gobbled up. People were shocked when I told them afterwards they were GF! I highly recommend the gluten free peanut butter cookie. AMAZING!

I had the gluten free chocolate cupcake with dairy free chocolate ganache, and it was the best I've ever had! Moist but not too sweet, the cupcake held together beautifully with each bite! My husband said he really enjoyed his regular chocolate cupcake with cherry filling and vanilla buttercream frosting. It was moist and not too sweet. The staff that answered the phone, I called ahead to make sure there were still gluten free cupcakes available, and the staff at the counter were friendly and very helpful. Batch is my new place to go for a gluten free dairy free treat!

The pastries are hit and miss. The cupcakes are flavorless while the cookies are good. We bought some other goodies from the buckets that were either great or okay. Seeing as how it's a cupcakery, their cakes should be on point. But the flavor is missing. You should be able to tell the difference between a vanilla cupcake and a strawberry one, but they taste the same. The chocolate cake is alright.

If you need to eat gluten free… this is the place to be. The texture of the gluten free cupcakes is so moist and they’re so flavorful, drastically different than any other gluten free baked good I’ve tried post-gluten intolerance! 12/10 since I walked in with company assuming I couldn’t get anything, and didn’t even have to pay an extra fee per usual.

I tried asking staff about the cold brew if that would come in a cup with ice and that's when she said she didn't know anything about the coffees. I felt bad for the girl though. She was nice. It wasn't her fault that she works for a shitty employer, and that other guy should have been helping her he was just standing around. There was a lady behind me that had to ask him if he would bring her up while my coffee was being made. Was so weird. It was like a cold, hot coffee but it wasn't cold. It was just like a coffee that wasn't hot anymore. Thankfully, I got my money back. Another time, I called before going to the store asking if there were pumpkin paleo cupcakes the worker said yes but when I got there she said it was GF. None of the workers know anything about the ingredients.
**edit, the worker said they ONLY HAD GF PUMPKIN CUPCAKES NOT PALEO WHEN I SHOWED UP TO THE STORE I asked for Paleo
Great bakery with many vegan options, some even are keto or gluten free. I got a vegan keto chocolate cupcake and it was perfection. Also got some other treats but haven’t eaten them yet.
You can order hot matcha, coffee, tea and other drinks as well.

When we moved to the area we went in multiple times. Every time the person behind the counter had no idea of the ingredients in their baked goods ( like cupcakes). This is important since my kids have more allergies than just an allergy to gluten. After multiple trips we decided to get the gluten free granola since the ingredients are.on the label. It comes in a clear bag with a ribbon at the top. My son ate some and immediately had a reaction, so we tested it and it was not gluten free! Not only have never been back, we were just reminded.of this experience when someone at school mentioned they were 'glutened' there too.

Visiting town & went to Reno Piblic Market. What a nice little discovery. Cookies are the BOMB! Fresh, not too sweet, & tasty. Great place to buy organic baked goods.
