Disappointing. Cupcakes were dry, frosting was hard, ratio of frosting to cupcake was off, and they lacked the flavors advertised. Stopped by shortly after they opened so perhaps these were yesterday’s cupcakes. Got the s’mores flavor which delivered a chocolate cupcake & vanilla frosting with a marshmallow and (stale) graham cracker garnish. The cookie dough left even less to be desired. It was a vanilla cupcake & vanilla frosting topped with an artificially sweet pink cookie. The storefront though was very cute at South Creek and the staff was friendly.

We do not live in Reno. We took a wrong turn and ran across this bakery. We had the red velvet and cookies and cream cupcake. We shared each other's. Both of us really liked both. Tasted fresh, soft and delicious. Will definitely be come back.

Went in for 1st time, 3 or 4 ladies getting cupcakes in boxes for promo. Not one greeted us but they did look at us. We said hello but no reply.
Cupcake was $4.50, dry, hard frosting. I ended up pitching it.
I asked if any had a filling and he said no.
For a cupcake place in a beautiful building it was sad that they didn't have special cupcakes.

For a $4.50 cupcake, I expected it to be moist and fresh. Cake was very dry and the icing was hard and too sweet. I didn’t think it was worth almost $5 for a mediocre cupcake. Grocery store cupcakes taste similar and are way less expensive.

2/13 I did not like the vanilla cupcake I got at all, especially for almost 5 dollars and definitely a day old! I took one bite and had to spit it out...The cupcake was dry and flavorless and the frosting was so sweet it made my teeth hurt. Unfortunately I won't be returning here. I originally went in for a cake sandwich which they were out of first thing in the morning at 10am so I don't believe they bake fresh daily at all. I believe the cupcake I got was a day or so old....The lady who was working was kind though... I picked up out of convenience but I can bake something way better at home. Very disappointed.

Update 2/14
It was very kind for the owner to offer a complimentary cupcake. Today I specifically asked for a fresh one, and got a red velvet. Once again the frosting is way too sweet, so sweet it hurts my teeth. And the cupcake part tasted nothing of red velvet and although it was cooked it tasted like dough. I couldn't swallow one bite I had to spit it out. My 5 year old wouldn't even eat it.

I always see this place but never try it out. I decided to stop and pick up a couple cupcakes for desert. I took them home and ate them that evening. They were pretty dry. The frosting was very good though. I think the pricing is fair given that its a local bakery but I do think the presentation could be better and the cupcakes could be more fresh.

I was disappointed in the cupcakes and desserts from here. I spent a little of $35 dollars for half a dozen cupcakes, a cookie and brownie. The cupcakes tasted stale but the frosting was good. The cookie was okay. My daughter complained of something white and hairy in the brownie a day later. I’d rather spend my $18 at Sam’s Club and guarantee fresh and moist cupcakes.
Batch’s cashier was very friendly and helpful. I was expecting so much more from the cupcakes though!

My daughter loves cupcakes so we had to check this place out. We make cupcakes and buy grocery store cupcakes all the time. The cupcakes were so much better here! The store is so cute I took a few pictures of my daughter sitting in the cute fall decor. We'll be back.

We got two different cupcakes …both dry and not all that flavorful. Disappointed in them selling dry cupcakes which aren’t that hard to cook properly.

To be honest I saw how bad the reviews were and I had to try it for myself. I wish I had my $17 back!!!

For the price of the cupcakes you would think it would be fresh, Nope The cupcakes were dry, hard and overpriced would never recommend.

Was in the Reno area and was craving cupcakes, looked up this shop and my first mistake was I didn’t read the reviews. Very unwelcoming vibe. The cupcakes were dry with little to no flavor and just weren’t good overall. Not worth the price they charge.
