The owners threatened me and would not pay me after a month of work don’t work here. They’re frauds and hire felons they bully you with biker gangs and walk all over you just to save their run down business. Pat the owner has no respect for others and customers will complain about how he treats his workers they lie and tax fraud and fire illegally they hire on moms with kids to feed and then punk them out of money and when you ask they threaten you DONT WORK HERE and don’t waste your time.

Ordered Philly cheesesteak... mediocre at best.... beef wasn't seasoned... too much cheese for amount if beef and peppers and onions weren't even cook with the beef.... it like the whole sandwich was just layered with sub par ingredients..... yelp review really gitbthis one wrong...

It has been awhile but it deserves a review. The team was friendly and welcoming in an old Reno way. When I told them I love hot and ordered the Devil Dog (bacon wrapped with Jalapeño peppers) and asked for extra peppers, the owner offered me an off-menu habanero-based Uber devil dog. Warning, it is good but HOT. The seasoned fries were also great!

Good portion size to cost. Staff were lovely and quick. I came at 7:20 and left at 7:30 with a Rustler mushroom/Swiss burger and garlic parm fries. Staff are nice, there to do a job, and don't cause problems. The main building only can hold at most 15 people but there's seating in the rear on the patio or in the bus they've outfitted for seating. parking is limited so consider where you'll be.

We had onion ring (very good), cheese melt (excellent) and burger (excellent) for lunch. We sat outside (now is spring in Reno, air is crisp, but warm enough) and enjoyed the meal and fresh air.
Service was equate to a good burger joint service. Fast, attentiveness, helpfulness but not in-your-face.
My husband and I stopped by because we heard the burgers were good and a girl handed us a menu, didn’t greet us or seat us and they forgot about us so we just walked out 🤷🏻♀️

My overall experience was good! Our server was polite and kind. Ticket time to table was great. The burger I ordered was the pot belly and it was fantastic 😋 fries not so much I would like a thicker steak fry with my burger. I think my only problem with this place was the price. Paying $27.00 bucks for a burger fries n a 12oz soda with tip is pretty expensive....
