Great coffee and I'd highly recommend the Gelato ❤️

It is great to support a locally owned business. Bibo never disappoints! Great coffee!

This place is a huge part of my college experience. Its closeness to campus, the awesome staff, the music, the coffee and gelato... it all holds a special place in my heart and theres no other coffee shop like it! The coffee itself is so tasty, and really quite affordable too! The other Bibo locations are nice, but this one is special! I highly recommend the vegan baklava! It is YUMMY!!

Always good. I love their coffee. Everyone is very polite and helpful whenever I visit. One of my favorites.

I like to buy local. So, I was lured in by "signage " revealing they are local. Disappointment. The man at the register seemed tired and lackluster. Getting up from his seat was torture to watch. The brave latte was weak and lukewarm but I will say the barista made the drink with gusto. When I asked about their hand made gelato the gentleman seemed a bit clueless.

The coffee here does not taste good, I've been here three times hoping to find something worth coming back for, but each different drink I ordered did not taste like coffee, more like flavored water with ice. They have good customer service, but that isn't enough to bring me back.

Slow service!!! One iced coffee took 25 minutes. On a slow Sunday morning. barista spilled the latte when finished. Could not wait any longer. No offer for inconvenience.

Super friendly people. They made me a really incredible iced chai latte. Only down side is they don't have WiFi and I was told they probably won't get it. Also, parking can be a struggle at times. Don't park in the lot across the street. That lot is for UNR and requires a permit. If you're patient, someone will leave and you can grab their spot on the street or in Bibo's lot.

Ugh, the barista was so rude! She had this long pink hair in a ponytail, and literally could not contain her seething rage at me. I guess I didn't order fast enough or something, but her lip literally snarled like she wanted to bite my head off. I'm not going back, and now I see from other reviews that this persona just has a vendetta against men or something. I'll be sure to tell as many people as I can about that little idiot, so that it cuts into Bibo's business. Because I didn't walk in there with an issue, but I sure did leave with one. it's personal now,and I wonder how long it'll take management to realize that it's bad for business to have someone who lets personal issues dictate her customer service. Plus the coffee was terrible. I got an iced mint latte, and it was literally crunchy. Took two sips and threw it away. Maybe she was just mad because she didn't want to do some work or something. Her coffee skills reflect how little she wants to be there it seems

I went to this coffee shop based on good reviews for the company. Possible that other Bibo coffee shops are better but this I would avoid. Service was with a scowl - yes stupid of me to still order. Coffee (latte and cap) matched the scowl - horrible. There was no care in how it was made. I dumped it after 3 sips. And I copped it from my family for taking them there. Not a good time.

I really like the coffee at Bibo, and the pastries too, and they open early (as any good coffee shop should). Also, there are multiple locations around town which makes them more accessible especially if on foot or biking.

Bibos is a nice coffee shop with good coffee and AMAZING gelato, however, just recently, some interesting artwork appeared on their walls that is very disturbing. There's pictures of pentagrams, blood, bleeding wrists, witches, and devils to name a few. It totally ruined the vibe of the coffee shop and frankly made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I was a regular here, but not anymore.

I like this place but it's small but the workers are kinda busy I went here with my sister and got gelato and only had 6 flavors I went here for a meet up and literally like no one showed up would not suggest if you are expecting a good cafe

-----NO WIFI---- Like others have said, unwelcoming and short. Yawning at me when I come in. NO WIFI!?!?!?! That's a first for me at a coffee shop. Especially one with so much hang out space. I could see this place being cool but Rude and Cool don't go hand in hand...
