In my opinion, the best latté in south Reno, and their gelato is pretty darn good as well. It would be nice if they put a little effort into creating a nicer coffee house decor.

I’ve been here 3 times and every single time the staff is incredibly rude. Today my friend and I came in 20 mins before closing and the employee had locked the doors early and then came to let us in and was cold and acted like we were being an inconvenience to him. He was snooty about the coffee and barely acknowledged us. When we thanked him for the coffee, he didn’t answer let alone look up. I rarely leave reviews for places but this was actually the worst service I’ve ever gotten. The other two times I have been there have been very similar experiences and being made to feel like I’m not welcome in the store. The tea was mediocre and the service was genuinely awful. Wouldn’t recommend unless you have a degradation kind 0/10.

Comfy little location with a great Chai Tea. Staff left a bit to be desired, but not everyone can be as bubbly and energetic as the big name 'Stars' and 'Bros' of the coffee world.

Slow service, only one sm size coffees. Only 1 barista making coffees. Took 25 minutes to get our coffees. Place is run down not impressed w ugly decor. Walls were chipped and dirty not a lot of seating. SKIP THIS PLACE!!

Bibo is a nice space to sit and enjoy a hot coffee or tea in Southcreek plaza. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, with plenty of natural light. Their menu isn't the most expansive, but they have all the staples. Drinks are made very quickly and have always tasted good. appreciate that they have gelato as well. They also have oat milk gelato for dairy free preferences! We've tried a couple flavors and they've all been very good. Definitely a nice local place to try!

I don’t live around the area, but we happen to visit Reno and my friend took us here. Cute little coffee shop in the beautiful shopping center! I ordered the “devil net”? And it’s amazing? I wish they have a store in Sac because I will visit every day!

Perfect place for start your day. I went with my other 8 friends there every Wednesday. We drunk coffee every Wednesday. We enjoyed and talked a lot there. There is no time limit to sit inside or outside. Beautiful and calm area. Even, the staff are so good, very calmly listen your order and perfectly made your drink same and quickly. I like the place a lot. Lots of options for drinking and eating. Very good menu.Vegetarian options: Lots of options for vegetariansKid-friendliness: Kids loves to eat and drink.Parking: Front side is little busy but backside has option to park more cars
