I literally went there in commemoration of my late husband and told the employee that. He proceeded to ignore my story of why I was there and how far I traveled to just argue with me about how to ask for a vanilla mocha. Definitely not the Bibos my sweet husband use to go to, to buy my coffee for me :( Huge let down.

This rating is for this specific location. Bebo coffee and pastries are fantastic no matter the location. This spot is for anyone walking through downtown looking to stop and grab coffee. There's only outdoor seating and the single seat inside is an employee space. In the summer I imagine it's super great if you are biking to work.

8 years later... Still the best cup of coffee in Reno... Possibly the whole state of Nevada. At a Normal Price!!

Amazing treat for a hot day with friendly staff and free samples so you know you're always getting exactly what you want

Small yet so very cool! The quality of the coffee and the service were excellent.

My boyfriend would never in his life order an almond milk latte. But our barista asked if almond milk was okay as the default. He hesitantly responded that was fine… I knew at that moment that I’d be drinking his latte. Hah!Boy I was wrong.. my boyfriend LOVED HIS DRINK and kept insisting I try it (despite being full from breakfast). He’s not wrong!! This is one of the best lattes we’ve had in awhile. Great quality and well made! Still can’t believe my boyfriend actually likes it. Mind blown so I guess that’s a testament of how good this place is. So good!

I’m a barista and thus picky about my coffee, but the oat milk latte I got from this shop humbled me. It was the best coffee I’ve ever had <3 thank you bibo and the girl with the kewpie mask

Rated on the low end I was in for a surprise. Menu was not present because they are doing a remodel? The barista pulled it up on the ipad for us when we asked what they had. Me and the book ended up getting an iced mud slide while we waited for Pegs next door. The mudslide was delicious. Not overly sweet but had a kick to it. As for the other reviews about baristas, I did not encounter anyone rude.

I’ve been a customer here for years but sadly today they have a sign on their door, “vaccine mandatory” that will be the last time I ever go there again, along with 3 other people I know.

Small of the beaten path coffee shop.Good small coffee shop, they offer a lot of the great flavored coffee the other popular shops offer, but with the more personal feel of the small shop, and better prices.

Order - Cold brew iced coffee, dirty chai latte with alternative milks, or iced Bibo! Or just plain black coffee Bibo's roasts their own beautiful coffee, always has cool music playing, cool art on the walls, and cool people working their. Much cooler than I can ever hope to be, but I like to just bask in it whenever I can. It was my haunt in college and is nearly my exclusive local coffee choice. Loooooveee!!!!!

Ordered a Caramella and it doesn’t taste like coffee or a latte at all! Very disappointed! Trying a hole in the wall instead of Dutch Bros turned out to be a waste of money! :(

This should really be zero stars, rude staff, you can get coffee as good or better with better service anywhere and have a better customer experience. Avoid Bilbo Coffee and save yourself a terrible experience!
