Seems like a fast food steakhouse, the ribeye was too charred (BK) for my liking, 4/10. The filet was slightly less charred but not a lot of flavor, 6/10. Mac tasted like a bake potato 5/10. Wedge salad was very good, 8/10. Cookies were tasty! Glad we tried it, but wish we'd spent our money elsewhere.

Great service, delicious food, fantastic cocktails. This place checks all the boxes. It's nice having something a little different in town. Highly recommend the beef wellington bites. The pot pie is amazing.

This place was AMAZING! We sat at the bar and it was busy but the bar tender Cody took the time to answer all of our questions and interact with us the whole time we were there. I recommend the beef pot pie (when I'm at a steakhouse?!? I know!) It was absolutely delicious, everything was perfectly cooked. The flavor was amazing. I cannot put into words how great our whole experience and meal were.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Biggest Little Steakhouse, and I must say, it was a truly exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked through the doors, the impeccable service, cozy atmosphere, and unforgettable flavors left a lasting impression. The service was simply outstanding. The staff welcomed me with warm smiles and genuine hospitality, instantly making me feel like a valued guest. They were attentive yet unobtrusive, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. The waitstaff's knowledge of the menu was impressive, as they expertly guided me through the options, offering insightful recommendations tailored to my preferences. The interior featured tasteful decor, creating an ambiance that was both inviting and sophisticated but also providing a relaxed feel. Now, let's talk about the star of the show – the food. Each dish showcased the mastery and skill of the talented chefs in the kitchen. The steaks were cooked to perfection, with a beautiful sear on the outside and juicy tenderness within. The flavors were sensational, with every bite bursting with rich, savory goodness. The Porkchop was cooked perfectly and was moist and not dry, the complimenting sauces in every dish was delectable. What truly made this experience stand out was the commitment to consistently delivering outstanding flavors in every dish. The attention to detail and passion for culinary excellence was evident in each plate that arrived at my table. It was evident that the chefs took great pride in their creations, resulting in an unforgettable dining experience. In conclusion, if you are seeking a culinary paradise where service, atmosphere, and flavor come together in perfect harmony, this steakhouse is a must-visit. From the moment you step inside, you will be transported to a world of culinary bliss. Impeccable service, a captivating atmosphere, and flawlessly cooked dishes will leave you with lasting memories. I wholeheartedly recommend the steakhouse to anyone looking for an extraordinary dining experience. Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5 stars)

This place is very low key but the food and drinks menu are top notch. Give it a shot when here in Reno.

So this is kind of a new restaurant concept where a server (?) comes and explains all menu items to the table, then you go to a counter to order your food, then the food is served at your table and when you're finished go back to the counter and order. I think the origin of this was during covid when staffing was an issue, but none-the-less it worked and was interesting despite the fact that the pricing didn't reflect the level of self service. You're really paying the same as a full service steakhouse. No matter. Worth a try. A great location in lively Mid-town within walking distance to several other bars and restaurants. Entering from Virginia Street its a long hallway to the back of the building which opens to a cozy little room with about a dozen tables. Great and comfortable ambiance. In the back there's a garage door that opens to a nice patio (parking is back there too). We've sat on the patio when it was a different place and it's relaxing and fun. Sit there when it's warm. Service was outstanding despite the self-ordering part. The menu is quite succinct. Just three steaks offered, and a fish and pork entree. No sandwiches here, but they have salads of course. They also have appetizers and "shareables" which are meant for the table since the steaks themselves are served without any sides. They also have a full bar with several local beers. My wife and daughter were happy with the shareables, plus you can upsize an appetizer into a shareable too so plenty to eat. My SIL and I both had New York steaks with a side of mushrooms and AuGratin potatoes. The presentation was excellent (see photo) and while we ordered the same steak the outcomes were totally different. Unfortunately my steak was mostly gristle and fat, and the few bites I did eat were so tough they were inedible. This piece of meat should have been discarded when butchered, but my SIL's was prepared perfectly. Luck of the draw I guess. So really a five star place overall, but downgraded to three due to the inedible steak I was served. But I think if we go back we're most likely to get five star all the way.

Unfortunately, we had a lackluster experienceWe ordered the artichoke app, which was excellent. The bread they brought us to start with was amazing due to the peppery house-made oil that they served it with.......... However, as we were eating our bread an employee who was clocking out came and grabbed our oil bottle, taking it away to drain it into her to-go container, and then put it back in front of us empty as she walked out. My husband and I looked at each other shocked-- that is incredibly rude in any setting, but to do it with a customer at your place of work is incredibly brazen and disrespectful. It was enough to taint our experience. My husband ordered the New York steak, and I ordered the fish of the day (which was a black cod). Sides are extra, and I ordered the au gratin potatoes (very good but very tiny-- three small slices of potato) and Brussels (yum!), and my husband ordered the mushrooms and veggies (he said both were "good!"). The let down was our mains-- my fish was incredibly dry, and my husband's steak was also dry and very tough. I'm hoping that by other reviews it was maybe an off night-- but, not sure if I would risk it to come back as there are so many other steakhouse options in Reno.

I will start with the positive, the staff are friendly and the salads look good. I'm truly stunned by the positive reviews that this establishment is receiving. I've been here twice now, and my first visit, although unimpressive, wasn't horrible, but bad enough for me to never consider returning. However, due to unfortunate circumstances, I found myself dining at the Biggest Little Steakhouse again. You've probably read about how the patrons have to order at a counter, and then go back to the counter to pay after eating, which really does cheapen the experience and it's very inconvenient if you have a question. The staff instructs you to "make a game plan and send one person from your table to order" but our table had so many questions that all 3 of us went up to order, and we saw other tables doing the same. My first visit I ordered the Ribeye, which I ordered medium-rare, received well done. So this time, I opted to avoid their steak, and I got panko crusted cod (for $26, wow). In addition to this, you have to pay for your side. Our entrées came out fairly quickly, but we waited, and waited, and waited for our sides, and when they brought out my potatoes, I laughed. It was a minuscule square of Au Gratin potatoes that hadn't even been heated enough for the cheese to melt. I need to emphasize how tiny this potato side was, truly hilarious. I feel kindof bad because I did get up and bring it to one of the staff. I just wanted him to know how crazy it was to charge customers for a slice that small considering the price of the main. He agreed with me, and we left it at that. Of course, at this point, my food was cold, my friends beef wellington was so raw she couldn't eat it, my other friend didn't comment on his steak. All in all, we were so disappointed, and the atmosphere is really odd.
