Service was amazing, the strawberry margaritas were delicious. But the food wasn't as good as i hoped...my burger was so bland it had no flavor, the housemade pickles still tasted like cucumbers, the garlic parmeasan fries were so oily they were practically wet, and the beer batter on my onion rings was so thick and the flavor tasted like they fried them in the same oil as fish.. the buffalo wings were very good though, I loved those.

The past few visits have been absolutely terrible experiences. There like 1 competent guy there who’s honestly great, the other people there I don’t believe should be working in service if they can’t keep up. I’m all for being understanding. But we waited for our check for 30 minutes, then waited another 20 minutes before we decided to take the L and pull out cash of the atm to just leave it so we could actually get out. (We had places to be) I watch our server after asking for the check just chit chatting it up at the kitchen window for 15 minutes then make drinks. We had to ask another server for our bill and then reorder our food, that all came back wrong so we just had to figure it out. I hope they hire some new people man except the Andrew Santino lookin guy, he’s a DAWG. This place has gone from mediocre to a really awful place quick.

I agreed to pay a $38 bar tab for two ladies after having a couple shots with them. The bartender didn't tell me that the tab was over double that and charged me for it. Needless to say I was very pissed off. I told him that I wanted my money back and he refused. The machines sucked and I told him that I would never be back !!

This place looked good at first but the workers denied me sitting inside because I have a seeing eye dog. The working staff and manager were extremely rude during that time. I have brain injuries and cannot control my emotions. The manager kept telling me I was being rude for telling the server I can't sit to eat without my service dog, even though I explained I can't see and she's my guide dog. After this incident, my caregivers and I decided to not go back again because of their attitude. I would never suggest this place to anyone, especially disabled people.

I was looking online for best burgers in Reno and this was one of the recommended spots. The service was fantastic, the beer cold, and the burger was great. We will definitely be returning and recommending people here as well. Now we just need to try their breakfast which looks to be amazing as well.
