Great restaurant for a couple night out! But if you show up before the restaurant opens at 5 PM you will have to wait in hall foyer. Their happy hour is 4 to 6 PM and there is no seating at the bar. My only complaint about the food was the cooked vegetables served with my main meal were not hot.
We had a wonderful celebratory dinner at Bistro Napa. The food, service, and ambience were all spot on. We had wedge salads, sea bass, short ribs, and Cioppino...all delicious. Our server Bryan and his assistant, Brian, were both friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Dinner for five with two glasses of wine, one cocktail, and a non alcoholic drink was $342+tax. Considering the portion sizes and quality of the food and drinks, I feel this was a reasonable expense for a fine dining restaurant. Highly recommend.
I was so happy to get Eddie for our waiter again. He is very helpful and knowledgeable. We will be sure to ask for him again when we come back....and we will certainly be back soon.
Great food and staff every time I've been there. We celebrated a birthday and they made the evening special.
Our experience was perfection, from our server to our outstanding meal, and of course the manager stopping by to say hi and see how everything was going. Fabulous food, customer service, and ambiance for the win! Please do yourself a favor and order the new blackened shrimp with the raviolis, they were everything!
Outstanding service, menu, and ambiance. Our service was exceptional and the food was cooked to perfection. We highly recomend for a special occation, special night out, or just date night.
Outstanding food quality and taste, and everyone in our party was super impressed with the excellent service throughout the meal. Absolutely fantastic all around!!!
Kristina and Leandro were amazing and made our evening that much more pleasant. Great service and great quality of food. Will definitely go back soon!
The bacon wrapped scallops were delicious. My husband had the lump crab chowder and the sea bass, and was happy with both. Service was excellent.
We ordered the Bistro Garden Salad and Prime rib. The salad was pretty good but the prime rib was very disappointing. We requested for “well done” cooked and we got what felt like a “medium rare”. We chose to order prime rib since it's generally a safe choice compared a steak which can vary a lot depending on the restaurant but they somehow screwed this up. I don't understand how a prime rib can be ruined. The meat was tough and the middle portion especially was dry.

Went here with some friends. The service was great from the moment we got seated until we left. We went on a Friday evening and it was too busy, pretty chill atmosphere while we were there. The food was great, no complaints at all. I had a mock tail. I forgot the name of the drink but found it really refreshing and tasty. I ordered “sexy fries” and they are good French fries but they’re just French fries lol! For dinner I ordered a bistro burger and let me tell you…it’s a pretty hefty burger. It’s good but afterwords I was stuffed. No dessert for me. We were giving cotton candy and a brownie as we left. That was also great tasting. I would recommend this for anyone for any occasion

Whenever anything was brought to the table, the server rushed off to another table, usually the same one, leaving me with a verbal request half-finished. For example, I wanted black pepper, but the server never heard the request because he was already gone. I ordered filet mignon, an expensive cut of meat, but the server never checked on us to see if our food was okay. I tried to eat it but couldn't finish, because it was tough and tasted like top sirloin. The bus person came by and asked if I was finished, and I complained that my meat was no good. She asked if I wanted to just "toss it." I looked at her for a bit, and finally she asked if I wanted her to tell the server, to which I replied in the affirmative. A few minutes later, the the server and the manager showed up at the table where I was able to voice my complaint. The asked if I wanted another, but because my wife had already finished her meal, I said that it was too late, and suggested they could give me some vanilla ice cream and a cup of coffee. The server returned with two scoops of ice cream and the coffee and the check. They charged me $5 per scoop for the ice cream (volume was never discussed). The bus person had already cleared my wife's dishes by the time the manager appeared, and because it was her birthday, and the server knew it, she asked if she wasn't entitled to a piece of birthday cake, which was our usual expectation at this restaurant. The server brought it to her after I had finished my ice cream.
This is one of our favorite restaurants in Reno. The attention service, presentation and quality of food and drinks is always on point.
The maître d and his staff were awesome. We celebrated my sister's 70th birthday with 12 people and everyone enjoyed themselves and their meals. The maître d even checked on and modified my granddaughters meal. Our cake had a minor incident in the parking lot and they arranged for the decorations to be redone. Much appreciated!
This restaurant was excellent for a high end meal and wines without breaking the bank! Our server Bryan was really friendly, knowledgeable on wine and food and just ensure we had the best time! Thank you!
