I brought my date here on a Saturday night at 7 o’clock , may I remind you that this is not my first time coming here. Extremely disappointing. I ordered the Bestro burger and it was so gamey and it just tasted off! I didn’t know you could mess up French fries either! The service absolutely sucked! My waitress Susan barely checked in on us , never asked us if we wanted refills or anything! Her assistant was extremely rude and unpleasant and when I asked for a to-go box she gave me all kinds of dirty looks and she handed a filthy to-go box with food residue all inside!! You people should be ashamed of yourselves! I hope management reads this because you need to do better!

I went for some oysters on the half shell. I checked out what they had in seafood case. Better selection of King Crab at your local Albertsons. The oyster where very disappointing, three verity which is good. What was bad, most of the oysters in the case were slightly open. Not good probably dead, not fresh. I asked in the chef prep area how often the oysters come in and one women said every day. Another worker overheard and said no, Tues and Fri. It was Monday Dec 8th. The chief ask if I would like to try one. He showed me the bag they came in, one Nov 24 and another verity Nov 26. He opened one in front of me, dry, now brine. Not fresh oyster on the half shell. It seems they had oysters left over for Thanksgiving and still trying sell on Dec 8th. To be fair I had 1/2 dozen about a month earlier

All of the food was amazing from the small plate appetizer to the soup, salad, and main course. Service was impeccable. I highly recommend this restaurant. It was our first visit but hope to return many times.

Great restaurant for a couple night out! But if you show up before the restaurant opens at 5 PM you will have to wait in hall foyer. Their happy hour is 4 to 6 PM and there is no seating at the bar. My only complaint about the food was the cooked vegetables served with my main meal were not hot.

We had a wonderful celebratory dinner at Bistro Napa. The food, service, and ambience were all spot on. We had wedge salads, sea bass, short ribs, and Cioppino...all delicious. Our server Bryan and his assistant, Brian, were both friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Dinner for five with two glasses of wine, one cocktail, and a non alcoholic drink was $342+tax. Considering the portion sizes and quality of the food and drinks, I feel this was a reasonable expense for a fine dining restaurant. Highly recommend.

Our experience was perfection, from our server to our outstanding meal, and of course the manager stopping by to say hi and see how everything was going. Fabulous food, customer service, and ambiance for the win! Please do yourself a favor and order the new blackened shrimp with the raviolis, they were everything!

Lovely place. Great food. Was here for a 18 person retirement party. Oysters, wedge salad, pork belly, filet and salmon. Such great food. Atmosphere was away from the smoke and smell of the casino which was wonderful. Great service for a party our size. Great wine selection and cocktails.
From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the service at Bistro Napa was exceptional and the food was absolutely exquisite. We felt truly treated like VIPs! We happened to be celebrating dual birthdays, but it was clear this level of care and attention was extended to every table—you could hear the oohs and ahhs all around the room.
I read a book awhile back about unreasonable hospitality, and all I could think of throughout the evening was how perfectly Bistro Napa has nailed that concept. They surprised and delighted us at every turn. Well done! 🙌🏻
