We showed up 10 minutes before our reservation and had to wait to be seated? The table was empty and clean as we could see it from the host stand. Why were we made to wait? The server seemed confused by the electronic devise she was using. They were out of nachos and sweet potato fries, really? Food was good except french fries were cold. Televisions were so loud we could not hear one another and there were only 4 people at our table. We are going again next Sunday. Fingers crossed crossed for improvement as most of the food was yummy!

Ordered a filet mignon and was served an overcooked sirloin with the consistency of shoe leather. It was all bad. Potatoes were cold. The chef was obviously not up to the task but trying to pass off sirloin for filet is either ignorance or a crime by either the restaurant or the supplier.

We waited 15 mins at a table and no one came to serve us. We switched to the bar and were waited on promptly. We ordered a few drinks from the bar and it took 25 minutes for them to come. So so slow.

Total chaos..two orders were cold, one was incorrect. Our check was incorrect. Chaos! We've been going here for years, this is the worst we've seen it after noting a decline the past two months.

Went there Dec 8 ‘23 to order a pizza to go. It was early between 3:00-4:00. Stood at the pick-up counter to place an order. Two girls behind the counter completely ignored me as they visited and chuckled. Waited for 5 minutes then left. No…the place was not busy. Almost empty. Went to Tamarack and ordered to go for my wife and I and returned home. Not the first time but it is the last time. If you don’t like your job then go home.

Thank you for excellent service and wonderful family meal. Not every restaurant will go the extra mile to keep our smallest (9 months) family member happy throughout dinner. Very well done! ?

The good: It was clearly busy but we had a very short wait to be seated for our 6pm reservation. The host and our server were pleasant and personable. We ordered potstickers as an appetizer which we really enjoyed. Our daughter ordered the chicken fettuccine alfredo and she enjoyed it. My wife and I each ordered the filet mignon medium-rare with side salads and roasted asparagus. Her filet was definitely medium-rare. The not-so-good: My filet was served undeniably well-done, it was cooked through to a uniform gray with no red at all, which should be a crime. The glass of house red I ordered to have with the steak was served when the steak was taken back to the kitchen some 5 or 10 minutes later . Our server profusely apologized (wasn't his fault), a manager also came by to offer a comp which we declined but they still discounted the filet and insisted on giving us a pizookie. The new filet was a perfect medium-rare and I still had enough wine left to enjoy with it. In all, not a bad experience aside that my wife felt uncomfortable eating her meal while I was still waiting for mine. The servers appeared overworked and the kitchen made the server's job more difficult. The service recovery was excellent, we tipped over 20%, and left happy.

We were seated at our table and then no one came by to give us water or any acknowledgement that we were there. We felt totally invisible. After waiting for twenty minutes for someone to at least say hello and bring us water, we finally gave up and walked out. Very unpleasant experience. Probably will not return.
The food was great. We were promptly seated and served. Wait staff was excellent. Our only concern was with the building temperature. It was cold and raining outside. The section where we were seated had the air conditioner blowing at a pretty good clip. It was definitely uncomfortable.
Had the Strawberry Fields Chicken Salad. NOT because of price because is appealed to me when I looked up the menu before our arrival. And an EXCELLENT choice. Two of us ordered and no regrets. A refreshing salad.

My husband and I are from the UK and had dinner at BJs last night with my husband's niece and her husband who live in Reno. We had the most delicious meal, my rib eye steak was perfectly cooked. Our waiter Pearson was extremely helpful,friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. He is a credit to the company. All in all we had a fabulous evening.

Kids loved it. Fun for them and great value for the food you eat. Extensive menu both food wise and for libations. Adult food items were very tasty. Our waiter was very attentive and extremely pleasant.

Been going to BJ's Reno Summit ever since they opened, always liked it and ut actually became a go to place for casual dinner when in Reno Last night 4 of us went for early dinner. When we went to order EVERY item each member of the party initially ordered was not available nor were the second choices for 3 of the people and for my order 3 choices were not available. Waitress said it was staff shortages in the kitchen. Not my problem got up and left, drove home to Carson, went to Red's and all got our fist choices. If you can't serve half the menu, tell people before they sit down so they don't waste a 1/2 hour of time.
