We had a wonderful time! The food was great and the staff was awesome, especially our waiter Jonathan.

Great service, waiter was wonderful! Opentable is the best. We had little to no wait time and this was on father's day.

BJ's is good 2 go and our go to when in Reno. It was busy Tuesday and they seemed short staffed. It took a while to get our drinks, but when we did they met expectations! Their wings are really good and a decent value. Our Waiter, Mike, was a good guy and always checked in with us.

I noted on our resv that we were celebrating a birthday. Our group ran up a $155 bill. Surprised we did not get at least the mini pizooki for the birthday boy. Why did BJ's ask if we were celebrating anything if they were not going to do anything about it?

Commercials and baseball highlights on the biggest screens while the first game of the Stanley Cup playoffs is on only one little screen?!? Get it together! We waited A LONG TIME for our burger, more than 45 minutes. The manager kindly stopped by to deliver the burger saying he’d “take a look” at our bill. We were kind, didn’t ask for anything special, didn’t get anything special either.
Leaving a five star review because it’s still BJs and their food is still consistently good. We ordered wings, a smokehouse burger, and two personal pizookies for just $52. Next time I won’t order the burger just to avoid the extra wait. The restaurant was clean, the water was tasty, the food was delicious, the waitress was pleasant (but forgot the ranch for the fries), and the TVs in the bar area are decent (but could show better sports on the biggest screen). Parking was free and plentiful.

We were a party of 6 and a few minutes late for our reservation, the staff got us seated within 2 minutes even though we were late. Fettuccine alfredo did not have much sauce so the noodles were a bit dry. We would eat here again just would probably not get the fettuccine.

It was my wife's birthday, I felt discrimination, we were the only AA, we had to wait for 35 minutes before the manager came to our table, 4 Caucasian family of 4 where served but we still waited,

A former favorite of ours the service has degraded to the point we are looking elsewhere.

Waitress working super hard and amazingly positive attitude despite problems with food orders at a nearby table. Food not so great- a burger ordered medium rare cooked to well done- requests for changes on a salad ordered were not done. Pasta was dry and meh. Chinese chicken salad was great- fresh lettuce and light dressing.

We were very disappointed with our meal last night at the Reno BJ’s. My husband ordered the chicken pasta dish. It was very dry and crusty and the pieces of chicken were stuck together, as if it had been reheated too many times.
We have eaten many times at BJ’s and this was by far the worst meal we had eaten there. We are hoping that their standard has not slipped to this level for the future. If so we will not be eating at there again.

BJ's accommodated our large group without a hitch. We never lacked for anything; our server was attentive, friendly, and she remained unruffled all the way to the end of our visit. Food was on point: I had the prime rib deal which included soup or salad, entree plus two sides (I had roasted garlic vegetables and a baked potato) and a pizzookie to boot! My prime rib was butter tender (but firm, not mushy) and delicious. Also, the strawberry lemon drop was yummy!

Our waiter tonight was Johnathan and he was absolutely fantastic. Very funny and kind and gave us some of the best service I've ever had here. He took great care of our table and joked around with us. It really felt like he went above and beyond for us to have a good time. Truly a fantastic experience with a fantastic waiter. The food was phenomenal as well.

always was one of my favorite places to go for birthdays and just in general. pricing has always been good at least since 2016.

This place cleanliness wise is disgusting. The bathrooms are so gross - it looks like they took the mop from the floor and mopped the stainless partitions. The wood partitions in the seating area are covered in grime and greasy hand prints like they haven't been wiped off in years (and we got there right when it opened!) I don't think I can eat at this location again. The one in Sparks is good - this one is just gross.
