BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

I came in one evening and they checked me in. It wasn't busy at all but I waited a very long time while the waiters were chit chatting with the hostess. I walked out since no one wanted to seat me.

This is where to get it fresh, as the on-site brewery here supplies most of the West Coast BJ's. I think they've done a good job of consistently improving their beer menu and dialing in their classics. Sure wish they could extend their California beer club perks to Nevada and other states

It was a very busy Saturday night but our waiter was super attentive and we did not have to wait long for our food. They even put the game on the TV that we were requesting to see.

Clam chowder was awful. Asked for sourdough & received dry toast.

I LOVE this bjs!! I came in today about 1pm, my server was Ashley and she was so kind, absolutely took care of my table. Food is great and an overall amazing experience!

The Managers Vacaville are unable to help us with the 25 gift from Managers in Reno...what a shame.

Amazing experience thanks to our server Ashley!!! She made sure everything was cooked perfectly and constantly checking on us!! By far the best experience I've had compared with the location at sparks. Would definitely come back to this location for Ashley!!!!

Service was great from start to finish. Music as a bit to loud for visiting with friends. Vegetables needed butter and seasoning.

The customer service here is exceptional! They always do more than they need to and are happy to do so. Fantastic place

Pickup takes forever n overpriced food

Absolutely terrible experience. Were here almost 2 hours, they brought a completely different meal than we ordered, the food runner told us the waitress would come explain the situation and see if we wanted something else, didn't come until we went and tracked down the manager 25 minutes later. Food was cold and all our meat was overcooked. Luckily they left a water jug behind us so we could refill our waters the whole time, otherwise we would have been dehydrated the whole meal.

Ordered takeout for 4 people. Website said pick up at 5:35. Got a text at 5:30 saying order was being packed. Arrived on time, but order wasn't ready until 20 minutes later at 5:55. When we got home, we found one side dish was missing. The spaghetti and meatballs had only 4 meatballs the tri tip sandwich was too salty. Asked for Manager, but manager never came.

We had a large party to celebrate seeing my niece. Our server was slow and unhelpful. Our seats were TIGHT! We could hardly get out without bumping the people behind us. The food was salty, our seasonal drinks were half full, and the silverware was dirty. I won’t be going back anytime soon.
