My amazing love brought me here for my birthday dinner. It was a little pricey and I had to get the waitress's attention 4 times. They didn't even acknowledge my birthday when mentioned, but that was ok. I didn't need any more attention. ? The ice cream and cinnamon roll thing (Pizookie) was Awesome!

Food was pretty good, only complaint was ceaser salad had no dressing or tasteless dressing. I told the server, she shrugged. We asked for our soup and salad before the meal. Didn't happen, no apology. Management walked by never checked. We asked for a sample of one beer to decide if we liked it, none came... told her.. replied nothing. We couldn't eat our soup so we asked to take it to go,no lids. Of course it spilled everywhere. How can you run out of lids? Our potatoes and prime rib ruined soaked in soup. I do not reccomend this place

I have been to BJ's Restaurant at least twenty times, and while their food and service are always consistent, they have never quite averaged a 5-star rating. For the most part, they're spot on, but both times I have ordered a steak it was a disaster. I will admit that their burgers are awesome, but a bit expensive. They've got great beers, and delicious desserts.

Couldn't even get a bite to eat tonight. Ordered one thing. They were out. After waiting ANOTHER HALF HOUR, was then told they were out of next order, as well... Couldn't get an appetizer. Couldn't get dinner. Never again will I return. Literally had NOTHING I

I stopped in finally and tried a couple beers today and a brew house Philly. A bit on the pricey side, but it was worth it and I’ll be back sometime. I’ve been looking for a restaurant that I can go to with a variety menu in Reno when I make the trip and it definitely has a good vibe. The hazy ipa was delicious!

Since we had another birthday celebration in the family we decided to try BJ's again. Don't get me wrong, the food and service was great as always however the last time we were there the overheard music was so loud we had difficulty hearing conversation. This time it was somewhat better. When my adult children complain, I know it's not right. We all agreed, there is absolutely no need for anything other than "background" music in a restaurant.

Food was good, I had a steak and it was good. It took us too long to even get drinks ordered. We were there for 2+ hours, and had to get up 3 times for help and had to get a new server. Got the food free after but still. Place is okay. Definitely not recommending this location, or maybe any location.

We showed up 10 minutes before our reservation and had to wait to be seated? The table was empty and clean as we could see it from the host stand. Why were we made to wait? The server seemed confused by the electronic devise she was using. They were out of nachos and sweet potato fries, really? Food was good except french fries were cold. Televisions were so loud we could not hear one another and there were only 4 people at our table. We are going again next Sunday. Fingers crossed crossed for improvement as most of the food was yummy!

We about froze to death trying to have lunch. People were eating their meals wearing their heavy winter coats. The music was so loud that we could not carry on a conversation. Food and service were just OK.

Ordered a filet mignon and was served an overcooked sirloin with the consistency of shoe leather. It was all bad. Potatoes were cold. The chef was obviously not up to the task but trying to pass off sirloin for filet is either ignorance or a crime by either the restaurant or the supplier.

I ordered a Strawberry Dream here (the non alcoholic $5 version) and was given one with alcohol. I was suspicious but thought there was no way until I saw my check had a $10 drink instead. The manager said this same thing had happened at the Sparks location but instead it was a child who got the alcoholic drink. What?? Looking back on this, what if I was under 21? What if I had been a recovering alcoholic? What if I was the driver of my group? I even still paid $5 for the regular drink even though it definitely should’ve been free! There are so many things wrong with what happened tonight.

Good is always good if not a little overcooked, drinks are great, and the service is wonderful. It's popular, so plan on hearing the birthday song (sung off key and loudly) at least 2 or 3 times per visit. Otherwise, nice place to eat especially with a group.Parking: It gets pretty busy, but there is usually a spot to park.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcomed and they have kid's menus.
