This would have been a 5 star my first experience was awesome the guy's working were fast and having fun it was great today was my second time lady was grabbing pizzas by hand dropped half my cheesy bread and just left me with the other half didn't offer to remake it nothing just dropped half what I paid for in a box then moved on I'm not a confrontational person or I would have said something but I do write reviews and hopefully this will help in the future put better people in charge

Only once in awhile do I get Pizza. Since moving Here 4 years ago, I’ve had Pizza from a Few Places. Blaze has Always been My Favorite 😍. At 1 point they fell short on Pizza that was Delivered to Me. They Made it up to Me. I’m Very Pleased 😃 w The Total Pizza Received. Delicious 😋 But even though it came Early, it was Barely Warm. But that’s Much Better Than Totally Ice Cold as Some Delivered in Past. I guess Drivers Don’t use Pizza Warmer Containers! As my Daughter can pu from Blaze & Deliver to me almost still Hot! She doesn’t have Hot Container. Big Tip for Not So Good Delivery Experience. Thanks 🙏 Much!!

My brother took me there for the first time. His name is Calvin Chittum with his wife, Shirley and his friend Jeff and that’s probably one of the best pizzas I’ve ever eaten. It was amazing. I’ll definitely be going back and recommended them to other people. Thank you Jerry Simmons.

I came in to pickup a.doordash order. Staff lied to me and said the order just popped up. I literally saw her pickup the tag sitting on the machine. That means they ignored the order and lied about it. I saw the tag sitting on the machine personally myself.

The Blaze pizza shop in South Reno is awesome. The pizza is fantastic. The employees are even cooler. Saul is one of the best shop managers I have ever come across in any industry. An amazing person, great leader and a lot of fun. Riley is an amazing associate, always on top of all of the orders going on, all the customers in the restaurant. Pollo has a ton of energy and he has the best attitude, always remember our names and with a big smile. Eddie the oven man works quiet, quick and is getting the orders out while they are still hot. They all remember our names, they all converse with us and they all make us feel like valued customers and friends. This team is awesome, and I would encourage you to go and taste and see for yourself.

These poor kids are getting whooped! The line has been practically out the door. They are trying so hard to keep up. This place has such good pizza and the concept is awesome, but they are not taking care of their workers with staffing properly during the holidays. I came in to buy $300 worth of gift cards and they are having me wait till the line dies down. I’ve been waiting for 40 minutes. They did give me a free drink while I wait, but they should give me a place in the line.
After the transaction it did take a while swiping all the cards so I do see how it’s not ideal. I’m continuing to leave the review to give feedback for the business to improve staffing during holidays and improve their gift card buying experience.

Staff is kind and professional and service was quick. Pizza is OK but not great. I wish they would put more toppings on it. It looked like somebody just grabbed a few crumbs of the topping and sprinkled it on the pizza couldn’t taste it.
