My sister and I were just in there and the staff was amazing. We ordered three pizzas, a cheesy bread, and three drinks. There was a Karen inside that happened to be having an adult meltdown but the staff and manager handed in super well! As someone who comes from a customer service job and management, they were absolutely perfect!! The vibes were great despite everything. I truly forgot how much I loved this pizza too.
As always, we'll be back.

A good pie whenever you need one. The pizza is made hot and fresh right in front of you with a wide variety of options to choose from for your pizza. Staff is quick and courteous; had to change a topping during an order and the employee making my pizza was helpful.

I like this location, but tonight they were busier than normal. I had asked for extra cheese and sauce on my BYO, but they gave me little to none of both. I can barely tell there is any of each. The BBQ sauce in the photo is what I added at home 😤

Ordered the lunch special. Instead of $7 dollars it was 13 Guy making pizza had no idea. No problem probably a new guy. Anchor guy was messing with his hair, cleaning around food, pushing the mess on the counter back into the topping tray. Then started shaping dough with same gloved hands. What a nasty employee. Perfect recipe for getting someone sick. I left half of my pizza

First time ever eating here and will never order again. I ordered from Door Dash and my pizza came completely burned and hard. I’m afraid I’m going to break a tooth on it. Door Dash would only refund me $5, which is an outrage.

The concept of Blaze Pizza is great but the pizza, not so great. It used to be a lot better but it went downhill. The sauce is absolutely disgusting; it tastes identical to low-budget tomato paste, straight from the can—thick with no cooked in herbs and incredibly tinny … yuck! Then, they put too much of that nasty, tinny sauce on the pizza, and in clumps … it squirts out with every bite. The tin can taste won’t leave your mouth. It’s really, really bad. Just writing this review has me reliving that nasty sauce … gross!!
The Cheesy Bread is great but, they Never add the olive oil drizzle when the order is placed on-line. The olive oil drizzle is the finishing touch that makes their Cheesy Bread great; without it, it’s dry and not so wonderful.
The meatballs are decent, after the sauce is wiped off.

Service was poor today. Server was rude. Also in the past my wife and I ordered a pizza for the family and it had hardly any amount of toppings on it that we ordered for it. Essentially the end result was dried pizza sauce spread over pizza crust. Worst pizza next to Papa John’s, we’ve experienced In the Reno area

This is my first time trying this fast food restaurant as pizza is one of my favorite foods. I’ve been recommended this place multiple times and have heard nothing but good from it, so you’d be surprised to know that I was very disappointed in the food I received. Not only was the dough overcooked and undercooked at the same time, but it’s almost like they forgot to put any cheese on it? I might give it another shot in the future but as a first experience definitely doesn’t fit the word of mouth.

Absolutely awful! Somehow all of my food showed up both completely burnt to a crisp and ice cold. Yet, the delivery was 11 minutes earlier than it was supposed to be, so you would think it was hot out of the oven. I don’t know if they just pulled premade pizzas out of the fridge and put them in a box or what. Disgusting and worst experience ever. I will never go to Blaze again.
